The hotel service is first-class, the staff is in good English, I randomly assigned the room, but gave me a smoking room, although I used SMS to inform the hotel not to give me a smoking room, but when I came to the hotel, I still gave a smoking room. After I communicated with the staff, he immediately changed the non-smoking room than me. I was really grateful. It was a surprise to go to the room. It was a twin room. The room was comfortable and the place was wide. It was highly recommended. I had the opportunity to come here again and definitely stay again.

The location is out of the way. If you don't drive, you need to watch the bus schedule (and buses are infrequent). The hotel is dated, so don't expect a super clean feel to it, but I am convinced there is no actual issues with cleanliness, just things look old. SInce there are only two floors, there is no elevator. For those with heavy luggage, please be aware you will have to bring these up yourself. The onsen was a pleasant surprise. I normally like the outdoors one more, but the ones indoors have a jacuzzi-like effect added. Personally, I feel it makes the onsen experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast that is included is also a bit lacking, especially for onsen hotels.

At Urakawa Yushun Village AERU, all people from young to old, couple to family can enjoy horseback riding, park golfing and trekking in the vast magnificent natural environment of Hidaka.

Since I only booked this hotel because of my connecting trip, I didn't use any of its facilities, but I have to say that its location is indeed very convenient. I think it only takes 30 seconds to walk to JR Obihiro Station. I walked through JR There are a large number of food markets just 5 minutes' walk from the station (but there are also many people there, so remember to make a reservation if you want to eat at a designated restaurant). The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is also very good and the price is relatively cheap.

It was a convenient hotel near the station and downtown. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, including pork bowls and seafood bowls.

10 o'clock out is early, the room is large and wasteful, and the impression that it is not warm at all in Hokkaido in winter and cold 々. I love the mall spring so I am very satisfied! The view bath for the guests was also beautiful and relaxing. The staff 々 was also kind.

The hotel has a good environment, far from the city, very quiet. It is a surprise to come with hot spring ♨️. It's just that the follow-up service of trip.com is poor. You have to work hard to contact the hotel yourself.  I don't know that trip.com receive service charge is to provide this service quality.

Located in the center of Urakawa, good point for access of Hidaka area, 5min. walk to Izakaya area, and big parking lot.

Hands down the best onsen because of its special ”moor hot spring” water which looks a bit more brown than usual but makes your skin SO SUPPLE compared to the numerous other onsens we tried in several other hotels. Truly amazing. I would soak myself in it every single day to keep my skin smooth if I COULD! Somewhat mad that I can't have moor hot spring back home. Room is so-so. Bit old. Oddly shaped. Bathroom looks bit creepy at first but is functional. Breakfast was great! Staff does not speak English. Front desk staff do speak English though. Beautiful garden outside the breakfast restaurant where we saw akangera (great spotted woodpeckers) and bulbuls during breakfast. I only had 1 night here and deeply wish I had MORE soley based on the onsen!!!!!!
