Van Chai Resort

The ancient hotel looks very mossy. Staff wearing traditional uniforms, friendly and considerate. Ideal place to relax, private space, fresh air & extremely comfortable. Reasonable prices, delicious fresh food. There is a pretty good outdoor swimming pool. My favorite is the bar inside with a billiard table and listening to music is chill 1

The family was satisfied with the schedule of 3 days and 2 nights. The weather was nice and the view from the villa was really nice. If you only spend time at the resort, I think it's a good resort resort. (It will vary depending on the season, but 5-10 months will be appropriate). There were a lot of people in Samson Beach, but the resort is a private beach that can only be used by guests. However, it seems a bit difficult to get out of the resort, so please refer to it. It took me about two and a half hours to drive from Hanoi. Breakfast was a bit disappointing to say that it was a 5-star resort, but it was okay, and we drove the car directly, so we went to a nearby Tanghua City (15km distance) restaurant and ate Chinese food. There is no seafood buffet for dining, and it seems to be a Vietnamese + Western style set (course) dish, but it seems to be different. By the way, you can have a light meal in the villa. We could use microwaves, ports, cup noodles, sunbans, etc.

+ New hotel, larger rooms and more twins than FLC Luxury Hotel + Great staff: Our group had nearly 500 guests but the front office crew (I don't remember all the names, only remember Leader Ngoc Trong, friend Le Trinh, and The person in charge of Luong Trang was extremely professional when forming a group to have the best check-in plan for the group. Room number information was available early, the group was nearly 150 minutes and less than 2:00 p.m., it was fully and scientifically handed over by room type and floor. so it's very quick and convenient. The hotel also pays great attention to setting up VIP rooms (free set up for large groups). Breakfast restaurant staff actively takes care of guests, especially for babies on hand (a friend named Nguyen Thi Thuy - I don't remember her exact last name, but one person also found a pair of children's slippers that she had left behind and proactively went to look for them). + Reasonable room price - ok with the service provided + The hotel has an area Separate check-in for group guests so the reception hall is not overloaded + The hotel has many elevators and divided into many areas, along with a hotel map with many places so it is quite easy to get in/out of the room with little congestion. Stasis + The connection between departments is tight and smooth => customer interests are given priority. The hotel has many amenities, it would be a waste to just come to rest and swim in the pool.

We have the 02 nights at the Grand building at the end of May 2022, located at a nice corner, offering stunning views of the sea, the pool, and neighbors from the rooms. While its recommendations for spectacular views, the hotel needs to improve to meet its rating standard. Rooms: Not very delicately designed, not thoroughly soundproof, we even hear the chatting of the adjacent rooms, and the kids make noise in the corridor early in the morning. Room cleaning: Stained fingerprint smudges mark on the door frame needs to swipe off daily, not expecting to be shined but cleaned. Toilet and bathroom: Bottled water also toiletries did not provide and re-filled every day, only one time during my 02-night stay. The glass shower door seems installed incorrectly, the floor is not well-drained, and water is trapped hours after having my shower. Still, mold spots on bathroom walls did not clean up. Surprisingly with the welcome screen but not my name or my partner. Staff: The staff are friendly but train them about telephone etiquette, don't hang up without putting on hold before guests do if you are propositioning luxury standards.
