Clean big apartment, great wifi connection but just realized if the bathroom only inside the bedroom. Normally there is the shower in the bathroom, but just the toilet. So its not perfect for family room, perfect for couple

I stayed here as a fan of Sound of Music. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations! I was captivated by the beauty of the lakeside and the castle, which makes you feel like you are transported to time. The gardens and food were also amazing! We had breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the lake and the Salzburg mountains. The meal was wonderful. Next time I'd like to come with my family and spend some time relaxing and forgetting about time.

We had a wonderful experience in this B&B. The room was clean, which echoed with all the reviews here. You could experience the passion and perseverance of the owners in keeping everything not only neat and tidy, but amazingly dustless and spotless! If you look at the mirror, and the tissue box in the toilet, the level of shine and reflection is at its top! The bed was big and comfortable. The design of the room was modern. Tea and coffee are available inside the room. Breakfast comprised of a wide variety of fresh fruits chopped into small cubes and delicately put into little cocktail glasses, all sorts of bread, yoghurt, ham, spreads. Alex would welcome all customers warmly with offerings of coffee, tea and eggs that were made by him. I saw on reviews that he made perfect eggs and it was really true! The fried eggs that I ordered were prepared with crispy edges, what a morning delight! All the details and passion ( and the amount of time and dedication one can imagine) that this family put into this B&B deserve a 5-star rating. From its hardware to attitude, this is the best I have ever experienced as a tourist.

The hotel is in a very good location. You can reach the old town through the tunnel. There are many attractions and you can walk there. The transportation is also convenient. There is a bus stop at the door. The front desk is friendly. Although the room is small, the hygiene is also good. The Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel is very delicious. The Fujian boss lady cooks delicious dishes, which satisfies the Chinese stomach. Salzburg's Mirabell Palace and the castle fortress are highly recommended

Hotel situated near to the old town which is easy walkable within few minutes to the old town and also to the main town. It is easily access via bus, within 5 mins walking from bus station to the hotel. Overall is quite acceptable stay with the rate.

Haus Wartenberg is charming and feels like you are staying at your grandmother’s house. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is lots of antique and vintage art and furniture to look at. Staff were helpful and friendly. There were a just few things that could have made the stay better. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning or fans provided - or I wasn’t offered one. In the room, bedsheets had visible stains and there was some light dust and common household bugs in the room. The old furniture gives it a nice touch. There are some nice spaces to enjoy relaxing like reading a book etc. If you like an alternative feeling to sterile and stale hotel environments then this is the place for you!

Location: Very close to the old town. From the hotel through the tunnel, the left side is the horse pool, and the road is the old town. But the room rate is much cheaper than the old town, it is an excellent choice. Transportation: Downstairs is the bus stop, No. 1 bus directly to Central Station, ticket 2.4 Euro, can be purchased from the hotel reception Facilities: No air conditioning, no heating. So embarrassed: no windows, no air, open windows, noisy ** (roadside) More interestingly, the bath and toilet are separated, and the two people can stay at the time of check-in without affecting each other. There is inconvenient shopping nearby, about seven or eight minutes walk, there is a supermarket; there is an Asian restaurant at the entrance of the tunnel, the price is not known Finally, I also encountered the customer service door incident... speechless.
