Easy check in, but with a lot of information needed. I just write the essentials and that’s it.
Location is superb, 3min walking distance to the Train station. This hostel also has its own PAID luggage storage at the back of the lobby. I did mine at the train station.
Yes, you are given the bedsheets and pillow case. You would have to do your own. Thankfully we are not required to bring it down during checkout.
Thankfully for my room and bed, the USB port and light is working. There isn’t any air-conditioning, but it gets cooler at night. Be sure to prepare ear plugs because of noisy vehicles outside the windows. Cleanliness is ok. But there are still dust and dirt and old rubbish below the beds.
If not, it is a rather good stay for its location
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Salzburg train station, just a two-minute walk. The 150 bus to St. Wolfgang also departs directly from the station square, making it incredibly convenient. There's a commercial complex right next door as well, which is super convenient for dining and shopping. The room was a bit small but clean, and breakfast was just okay.
The room is small, but very close to the train station, it is very convenient to take the bus and take the train, the walk is eight minutes, it is convenient to go anywhere, the elevator 🛗 is very small, only two people can add luggage

Super close to the train station – highly recommended! Upon check-in, you receive a complimentary city transport card, which is incredibly handy. The train station itself has a supermarket and many restaurants. They also offer luggage storage, so you can drop your bags and head straight to explore the Lake District.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided the clear parking instruction by letting me know there will be free parking on the street during the weekend. I requested a connected room and they provided me what I wanted. The heating system for towel in the bathroom is a plus. However, the light in the room is a bit dark. It will be better if it is brighter.
The hotel is located very close to the central station, which is extremely convenient. The place has a unique design, and although the lobby and breakfast area are quite small, they are cozy. The room itself is a bit small as well, but the design makes great use of every corner, making it very practical and functional, with space for everything you need. The bed was comfortable, and there is a safe in the room. However, there is no fridge unless you pay extra for one.
Breakfast is, in my opinion, overpriced at €19.90. The hotel offers luggage storage, but note that they charge an additional fee if you want to store your luggage after check-out. On the positive side, you receive a free city transport pass for the duration of your stay, which is a great benefit. On the other hand, the city tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid separately.
It's a place right in front of the Salz River, but the view is so beautiful ㅜㅜㅜㅜ !!!! One unfortunate thing is that it's a festival period, so it's expensive. ㅜㅜ Still satisfied !!
Highly recommended! ! ! Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. I booked a standard triple room, but the hotel upgraded me to an apartment suite with a kitchen. It was amazing! ! ! Newly decorated, and there's even a small garden downstairs.
The room is large and exquisite, with wallpaper and curtains of the same pattern. The carpet, chairs, bedside tables and bed rails are decorated with the same plaid cloth, and the bathroom walls and floors are covered with the same tiles. In terms of transportation, the hotel is very close to the station, 300 meters away, and it is not difficult to walk with a large suitcase. The breakfast is very, very exquisite, the food is delicious and the service is very good.
It's family run, polite and well behaved. Excellent value for money.
The breakfast is good, the location is also very good, close to the train station. The front desk and breakfast are opposite the room. There is also a parking lot. There is no car. I don't know how the parking lot is charged.

Great
AAnonymous UserIt was the 30th year and gave the child a red envelope. Because I had two orders for two nights, I needed to change rooms before going out on the second day. Go back in the evening, see the red envelope on the table, and immediately understand that it was in a hurry in the morning and landed in the previous room. The homestay, especially in Europe, is managed by the operators of the homestay by the quality of the staff. Great!
GGuest UserThe room was nice, but the service needs attention from management.
1. Salzburg offers free transportation tickets for tourists. We checked in on the 8th, and the hotel sent me a link to check in online. We did as usual. When I emailed to request the tickets, valid from the 8th, be emailed to me, they told me I would have to check in at the hotel to get them. No matter how much I tried, it was unavailable. I checked, and found many other hotels send them in advance.
2. When we arrived at the hotel that evening, they said they were busy, so we went to the front desk the next morning to print them out.
3. I originally booked two nights and added an extra one. The front desk seemed confused when I checked in, so I booked two nights. On the 10th, the room card needed to be refreshed. We returned to the room and found it had been cleaned. This hotel takes three days to clean. Perhaps management thought we were checking out? As a result, our food bag was missing, but since it only contained some basic food, we didn't pay much attention to it. The next day, we discovered that a pair of newly purchased linen pants was missing from our shopping bag.
All of this happened at this hotel.
I'm okay with the lack of service in some European hotels, but this is the first time something has gone missing.
LLiatravelistaI booked an “executive” room at a rate above the already high standard price, largely because the listing photos showed a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. In reality, the only “executive” feature seemed to be that it was located on the 6th floor. Access to the executive lounge was not included and required an extra fee — and from what I saw when peeking inside, it certainly didn’t seem worth paying for.
The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It was shockingly small, with a shower stall easily under 1m². As a petite Asian woman, I still found it uncomfortably cramped and awkward, especially when washing my hair. The space looked nothing like the listing photos, which feels misleading. I regret not raising this with reception immediately, but the more I used the room, the more dissatisfied I became. Misrepresentation in promotional images is simply unacceptable, and I will be attaching comparison photos to show the difference.
The room itself also fell short in comfort. The pillows were so thin that they flattened to bed level the moment you lay on them — we had to fold them in half just for the extra height for support. Amenities were extremely basic and in no way justified the high room rate.
This was my first time staying at a Wyndham property, and I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the brand’s overall standards.
The only plus point of this hotel like other properties at the area is that it’s near the main train station and transportation. Service at check in was also very helpful with the nice lady taking time giving directions with a map.
GGuest UserStayed 4 nights in August. Location is convenient for exploring the Old Town and the surrounding cities, and thanks to the recently introduction of the guest travel ticket that provides free local transportation made day trips to old town much convenient and added great value to our stay. However, we were unable to store our luggage overnight after checkout, which was inconvenient and detracted from an otherwise smooth experience.
The experience for room cleaning was however far from satisfactory, recalling a few issues:
> Upon arrival we found several strands of hair on the pillowcase and bed cover, which gave an immediate impression of insufficient housekeeping;
> On one day, the trash bin in the room was still full from the previous day, while the bathroom showed no sign of cleaning done with the basin was visibly dirty and residue left uncleaned;
> Towels were collected by housekeeping but no fresh ones were left. We had to go to the reception desk to request replacements.
The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including breads, cold cuts, fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and limited hot items. The selection was adequate and provided a solid start to our day.
GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable, very close to the station, just a short walk, the heating was sufficient, the sound insulation was good, and the English communication was no problem. Local accommodations need to be paid separately (for a total of 3.1) for taxes and fees.
Jjoanchan1006The location is very good, just a few minutes' walk from the central train station and within walking distance to various attractions. The facilities are ordinary but clean and tidy. Although the breakfast is not much, it tastes good and has met normal needs. The lady at the front desk is smiling and has a good service attitude. The price-performance ratio is good.
이이순간즐겨라This hotel is a good choice considering its overall cost-effectiveness, but I recommend not raising your expectations too high. The overall facilities felt a bit old, and although it was clean, it was far from luxurious. There was no special charm to the point that I thought it was worse than a motel.
The green door is the elevator.
One of the biggest advantages is that there is a really delicious hamburger restaurant near the hotel. If you stay at this hotel, I recommend stopping by at least once.
Also, it is close to the central station, so it is within walking distance. If you plan to use the train, it is convenient to move around, so I was quite satisfied with the location. However, considering the room condition, I thought I would spend a little more money and stay at a better accommodation next time. If you add about 50,000 won, you can stay at a better hotel nearby, so if you have the budget, it would be a good idea to consider other options.
