First of all, let me emphasize that we would stay in these apartments for the sixth time. Everything was great, until this year. Rooms are very clean, modern, close to the old town and at a good price. The communication was flawless until now. Unfortunately, due to Austrian lockdown, we had to postpone our trip. So we canceled our tickets, got our money back from the airline and then our adventure began with that accommodation. As we talked normally about the lockdown, from that moment they are invisible. They never answered to any of my messages, I sent messages to all emails that I have . they are disappeared and they kept my deposit. However, I tried to find them on the phone, a woman answered me and told me that when the employees return to work they will notify me. Of course, nothing happened, even when their quarantine ended and everything is normal in tourism as well. I contacted all the competent services and everyone told me that I have no obligation to pay cancellations and of course they should not have kept my money. Also, to emphasize that I just wanted to change the dates and pay the difference, not to get my money back. And I told them via mails many times. Of course, I do not recommend it. After five years of staying in their apartments, they are completely unreliable and I lost 330 € Finally, I would like to inform you that all the other hotels answered me in case we stay to their accomodations, even if they were in lockdown conditions.
