We complain about the wifi and was told we are the only customer compliant about it, all 4 rooms of us are from 108 till 112 facing the same problem, by proving it and only given answer not able to do anything but can give us free drinks when we check out , I rejected the offer.
Next day while collecting our vehicle and the bell boy said one room are entitled for a bag, YOU MUST GIVE bell boy Euro 10 and only getting his unhappy face. (Imagine check in EURO 15 check out EURO 10) room too dark and facility too old!

What an amazing hotel!!! Perfect location to explore Saltzburg. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more friendly. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river which was incredibly clean and very comfortable.
There was an incredible number of options available at breakfast ,which could be eaten overlooking the river and mountains which was perfect before a day of sight seeing.
We had a wonderful 48hrs in Saltzburg,thanks to this great hotel and its staff and would definitely highly recommend it

Conveniently located in the Old Town with easy access to major attractions. The staff were friendly and kind. The room was big, with an entrance area, a bedroom and a large toilet with a bathtub and two sinks. Perhaps there could be more seats or a sitting area in the room. Will definitely stay here again if I were to visit Salzburg again.

Great hotel in a strategic location, back door leading directly to the market square. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a nice view while having breakfast which was a wonderful spread. Will highly recommend this hotel for stay in Salzburg!!
