The attitude of hotel staff is very rude,
The room condition and breakfast are also bad.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the central train station and bus station which is convenient if you are travelling to other places for example, Konigssee and Hallstatt. It is a bit further from the main attractions of Salzburg, around 15 minutes walk. There is no door for the shower and there is a see through glass between the bedroom and shower, not too private if you are travelling with someone else. Shower and toilet are separated. There is an electronic blinds available outside the window, which keep a bit privacy from the room to the outside. Drinking water is only available on the ground floor outside the reception. Reception is helpful but compared to my previously experience, doesn’t feel very welcoming. There are restaurants and a 24-hours kiosk store around the hotel.

Have breakfast at roof level , very near to the station , good for 2 side of rooms for one twin bed and one sofa bed: however, it is not good for no door about bathroom

Excellent view of the mountains for both sunrise and sunset. Location is perfect for public transport in Salzburg. The bar on the 14th floor is wonderful for scenic views and relaxing.

Location was good as it’s only a few minutes to the main train station - but we’re not happy that there’s no kettle/ jug to boil hot water during our winter days here. Went to request and front desk mentioned they have given to other hotel guests who requested for kettles earlier than us.
Lobby provides lemon water which has turned bad and tasted funky.

Very clean and modern hotel. Amazingly comfortable bed and facilities. Within walking distance to the train station and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The only thing that surprised us was the fact that the shower inside our room has no door, only the toilet that has a door. Bit awkward if travelling with friends.

The hotel is good and with convenient location. The view from the top floor and in my room was amazing. Only one thing I didn't like its sauna. It was cold and without changing room.

We like this hotel very much as the 4 beds are separated by toilet and shower area. The room is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Location is superb as it's walking distance to the main train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
