The design of the bathroom was awkward, resulting in the floor outside of the shower cubicle to "flood" every time. Shower gel was empty for 2 days and it took a call for them to replenish it, while towels were not refreshed. Lastly the much vaulted rooftop restaurant does not have a view, and service was appalling, preferring to provide service non Asian customers and neglect my table. And the server will retort you when you brought it up. Only saving grace was location

The hotel is in a quiet location, a short 10 to 15min walk to the main attractions. We got a room upgrade and the bathroom is big, room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is also located on the edge of the old town, a little far from the tourist attractions. It is a budget hotel at best. But the price is very expensive, and I booked it in advance, but the price dropped when you checked in.
