We stayed in a Signature Suite with a balcony that offered a magnificent view. The room was exceptional—beautifully maintained, well-managed, and impeccably clean. However, I believe the concierge service could benefit from better organization.
The night before, I placed an in-room breakfast order for the following morning using the tablet provided in the room. Unfortunately, after waiting over 15 minutes the next morning with no food delivered, I contacted the concierge. It appeared that my order had not been properly received. I was told the meal would arrive within 10 minutes, but after another 15-minute wait and several follow-up calls, the breakfast that eventually arrived was not what I had ordered. Regrettably, I had to decline the meal.
I hope the service process can be improved to match the otherwise excellent experience.

5000多元一晚上的酒店定了兩個晚上，臨街的，入住時服務員挺傲慢，訂的是有陽台的，結果給的是一間沒有陽台的，房間面積也比很小。備註是需要雙床房，結果也是叫服務員臨時再把床拆開來，感覺不值這麼貴。

我們於約13點的時候到達酒店，前台説房間已經可以入住，給了我們1樓的房間（Room101）。進房門後我們覺得樓層太低，便詢問能否換到更高層的房間。前台説樓上有一間，需要等待2小時收拾或者加錢選別的房型。本着怕麻煩的原則回到了房間。
這時老公突然發現我們的房間沒有陽台，而在攜程平台上我們預訂的是景觀精緻套房Junior Suite view，看圖片是帶balcony的！而且面積也更大！我們一比對，才發現給我們的Room101並不是我們預訂的房型，也不在官網或任何平台的該房型圖片中，於是繼續找前台溝通，她説都是一樣的，有的有陽台，有的沒有陽台。我説可是我們是看到圖片有陽台才訂的Junior Suite view。溝通後我們選擇等待2小時，前台説給我們換陽台的房間。
然後我們在外面到17點，回來辦入住。發現換的房間（Room311）確實比之前大了，但還是沒有陽台。不過我們已經不想折騰了。
這次入住經歷讓我不滿的點在於：一、一開始給我們預留的房型就不是我們預訂的房型。前台也承認了Room101的面積更小，我們溝通後説明希望有陽台，前台讓我們等待2小時等有陽台的房間收拾出來，但最後房間依然沒有陽台。我通過booking和攜程查詢，當日Junior Suite view都還剩5間，也不存在房源緊張的問題。
二、第一次進房間的時候，給了下午茶點心，薩赫蛋糕和巧克力，不過我們立馬要求換房了就沒動，我以為會放到我們換的房裡，結果直接消失了……對，消失了。我們換房前還説過點心沒動！直接就沒了。
三是我們走的時候有行李箱、2個背包和1個手拎袋，工作人員沒有幫忙提行李，連酒店門都沒幫我們開……
總之，這次入住並不愉快。
