The hotel is dirty and very old and needs improvement; The staff are very rude, and they have zero per cent customer service skills. The toilet was broken and full of mess number 2 I felt so disgusting seeing that, dirty bed sheets and towels all covered with stains and marks my bed was covered with insects the receptionist is rude he kept me sitting outside for hours because he said that rooms are not his job I have to wait till the next morning for room service, not even a single apologies from staff or the management team and am not allowed to complain, avoid going to that hotel is a waste of money.

Hotel to avoid!!! Unsanitary, dirty rooms, unfriendly staff who speak to you condescendingly, no communication, we had problems with the rooms, no TV, no air conditioning, no wifi that worked!!
