In the bathroom they left used toilet paper from guest who were in the room before us. When we send them an email because used toilet paper, they never answered. Toilet was dirty. We couldnt park our car in hotel parking lot because it was full. We park in public area. Everything else was good.

Hotel located in the "altitudes" of Saluzzo, the road is not very easy given the paving and very narrow alleys, but once you arrive you are welcomed in an extremely typical, refined and well-kept place. Cozy and full of comfort rooms, excellent breakfast as well as the restaurant. Highly recommended for those passing through the area and want to stay in peace.

Quiet, relaxed ambience in a former monastery. Extremely nice staff. Central location to sights. The rooms are big enough. Alberto is an extremely friendly, service-oriented host with a good sense of humor.

December 2022 . If you are looking to relax in an old town typical of Piedmont, push the door of this old abbey on the heights of Saluzzo. Considerate welcome and service, historic setting, very good level of comfort in a quiet setting. The buffet breakfast is very well supplied. The icing on the cake: the gourmet restaurant where the very experienced and imaginative chef Enrico Degani will please you for a very reasonable budget.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is located in the historic center of Saluzzo, a former convent, charming and well cared for. Hearty breakfast and friendly staff. Only suggestion for the structure: those beautiful terraces overlooking the rooms deserve proper attention, we found them bare, without a flower, really a shame for a place where everything is well cared for.

Rooms in the old cells of the monastery, clean and equipped with everything (or almost). Breakfast served in the cloister, plentiful and with quality products. Nice staff. But let's get to the sore point, (as a partial excuse for the exceptional heat of the period), the room does not have a real air conditioning system but a penguin-type portable air conditioner with a tube inserted in the window. Absolutely ineffective and very noisy, given the heat, it was left on at night, although it did not achieve the purpose of lowering the room temperature, it actually prevented us from sleeping. The bathroom, which is not air-conditioned, is a real sauna. Unacceptable for a 4 star and for the price of the room.

Un antico convento trasformato in hotel, con camere che rispecchiano l'atmosfera austera di un tempo ma comunque ammodernate con tutti i comfort e soprattutto con un arredo che ben si sposa con l'ambiente. Una ricca, ricchissima colazione nel refettorio, con tanti prodotti splendidamente presentati con cura al buffet e addirittura anche direttamente sui singoli tavoli completa l'opera. Consiglio senz'altro per un soggiorno in zona.

Ich habe Wochen vor unserem Aufenthalt zwei Zimmer gebucht. Wir wollten eine schöne Italienrubdreise machen. Drei Tage bevor wir dort übernachten wollten, wurde meine bereits bestätigte Reservierung storniert. Die Begründung war, dass sie das Hotel übernachten haben. Eine absolute Frechheit.
