Located in the city center, surrounded by bustling and lively. There are complete commercial facilities, and Walmart supermarket and large shopping mall are opposite. The hotel breakfast is very good, the service is very professional, and there is a restaurant street next to the hotel.

We traveled to Saltillo celebrate our niece's birthday & visit the mother in law & other family--Parque Centro is so nice, safe, & convenient--we knew this is where we wanted to be. (Last time we stayed in the Hampton & were scared the whole time we'd get robbed) Courtyard did not disappoint! We were in 1015, & enjoyed the view of the area, the food was wonderful--I was a bit disappointed there were no snacks in the market, but WalMart was only a few steps away! The staff was kind & helpful, especially Alex in the bistro.

During my visit, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the waitress, Paola. From the moment I sat down, she was very rude and pushy. She immediately approached my table and tried to give me the check before I even had a chance to order from the kitchen. Despite my many stays here, I have never felt so rushed and unwelcome.

Horrible experience! We arrived to our room and the AC was doing this loud noise. I asked for another room. They change the room, not before letting us know the there was no hot water in the entire building but for sure would be fixed that very same day by 10pm. Surprise surprise ! It was not fixed! In the new room, the toilet did not flush properly, meaning bearly. We asked for it to be checked and they said there could do little to nothing to fix it. Next day they block the entrance to the parking lot. God knows why! The bright side beds are comfy and breakfast was ok! However if you can avoid this hotel, please do. Right next to it , is AC, from the same chain and it is waaaay much better. We were there this past November.

Hotel didn’t honour friends and family rate and wanted to charge us 4x the price! Manager said that the hotel was very busy and they could get a much higher rate. After some research, we discovered this goes against the brand policy. Very dishonest and lack of any integrity shown by the manager. Not to mention, there was a problem with water pressure and temperature in the bathrooms. The hotel staff Was also not friendly and seemed irritated, particularly the woman in charge of the breakfast.

Excellent room incorporating up to date design features, built in surfaces to open suitcases, a great bed. A great layout, room and bathroom, good lighting, good bed and good hot breakfast, and the comfortable sofa was placed in good position to watch TV. Blackout curtains did a good job of blocking outside light. Always prompt staff- took immediate action when we found the mini fridge didn’t work, and replaced it with a functioning one. The room was exceptionally quiet. The breakfast buffet was above average, and a pleasant surprise compared to Courtyards in the US. They had decaf coffee and expresso with a good taste. Need to get IT people in to fix the ‘guest’ wifi sign in, at least for Apple devices, and data rate.

Me encuentro alojado en el hotel por segundo día y ambas noches el agua de la ducha salió TIBIA. Luego de dls reclamos uno por día, en el cual el primero me dijeron que habían pasado a revisar y no encontraron nada raro (lo cual me hace dudar si realmente pasaron) y el segundo, hoy por la mañana donde pedí por favor que para la noche esté solucionado. Luego de haber estado fuera por 13hs esperaba que la ducha tenga el agua caliente como corresponde, pero no fue así. Decepcionante para un hotel de esta cadena.

Peor hotel en Saltillo. Habitacion 319. Habia polvo en la habitacion. Puertas de vidrio de regadera manchadas con jabon o' pasta de dientes. No habia toallas de mano ni de cara, solamente dos toallas de cuerpo. El sabado, despues de dormir el viernes, regresamos a las 16:30 y no se habia hecho el aseo de la habitacion. Vino la ama de llaves y le pedimos toallas. En la habitacion habia un sobre para hacer cafe. Creo les sale muy caro poner 2. En la television, no hay ni un canal HD. Todos los canales borrosos. Lleven secadora de cabello. Tampoco habia. Por ser Courtyard by Marriott, mucho huesped americano. Se que los Courtyard by Marriott en EU estan mil veces mejor. Lastima que los americanos se hospeden ahi. Han de pensar que en Mexico se premite un nivel de calidad mas bajo. Hemos estado en Quinta Real y Hyatt Place. Jamas nos hospedaremos en CY Saltillo. Y ya lo platique con muchas personas en Saltillo. Les dije que no recomienden este hotel.

Buenas instalaciones En Recepcion muy atentas las chicas. Solo hubo un detalle con el agua caliente y toallas qué me lo solucionaron. Alberca muy pequeña pero cálida Gym muy pequeño .restaurante solo por la mala actitud de la señora encargada. Le pedimos la información para facturar después de pagarle, nos mando de vuelta a recepción para seguir platicando. Nuestro desayuno muy bueno. no nos quisieron cobrar nuestra botella de agua, yogurth y un par de cafés al día siguiente (capuchinos) :) pues les comentamos que teníamos prisa. Lo tomamos como cortesia Nos ofrecieron transporte Muchas gracias Somos de acuña coahuila
