房間很大，早餐一般，水果好吃，就是啥都爛糊糊的，不太適合國內的胃口，要麼自己帶方便麪，哈哈，提早訂房

The room is large, the breakfast is average, the fruit is delicious, but everything is mushy, not suitable for domestic appetites, or bring your own instant noodles, haha, book a room in advance

An excellent experience in an ease located Hotel in Saltillo.  Perfect for familes or couples.  You have to bring a car for your convenience, but everything is close from this area.

The hotel was good but it needs a general upgrade. I also recommend to train more the maintenance stuff. The bottle of shower gel was broken and there were not shampoo dispenser. The bottle of hand soup was empty.

The installations are great,I enjoyed the pool and gym. 

Everything was amazing especially the beds there so comfortabl!😊

Breakfast was excellent. I asked for extra towel and was not provided

Everything was great except we had no refrigerator in our room. Why do Mexican hotel rooms not have mini refrigerators? We travel with perishable food and medications that need to be kept cool.

The check in very slow one hour for me to be careful, you have three receptions when you receive a group of a large number of people like that was the occasion you should allocate two receptions to the group and the other for the rest of the guests we have registered The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I touched us that the water was gone on the floor, at the beginning they told us it was for two hours, but it was uncomfortable when you needed to go to the bathroom, you called the reception, until they got one to you about half an hour later. I chose it because it was cheap and of course I got what I paid for. Pretty bad room, very noisy a/c, somewhat smelly toilet/water.. the most aggravating thing is low water pressure in the shower (but at least it was hot). Breakfast is always the same and not much to write home about.. not particularly impressed by the checkin/checkout either.. Lastly location is not good. Only a couple of restaurants closeby. Bottomline, stay elsewhere unless you are on a budget.

The treatment was very good, the hotel has this breakfast Included that is good, generally speaking is OK, my 2 complains were that morning call was forgot by the desk service and I gave them an open voucher on my initial night and they make the charge to my card for the voucher not for what the Invoice said...For next time I will request  to make the exact charge since the beginning of my entrance. Wifi was a pain to connect, I had to use a physical cable
