Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Saltillo

I Will not post pictures as the ones available online are recent and accurate. I plan to come back to Saltillo, but not at this Extended Stays Hotel. It has the bare necessities in the room, and then less than expected. Did not make my due diligence, and only read it had a microwave, refrigerator, and a stove. Nice things to have right, but not a single glass or spoon or anything remotely connected to a kitchen. They have some for rent if You want them. The fridge was large but loud, may need some maintenance. Had to wait for towels to get cleaned, as the room had none when I checked in. No security box, but none is advertised. Nice ac, but forget about a blanket, the room had none. Since they charge for everything I did not bother to ask for one, so went back to My car to get some I had brought from Home for this tríp. They think a simple bed sheet will be enough, but that is wrong and feels cheap. Parking was nice. Low shower pressure, I was not expecting that. Be careful with the bed rest. My wife and I are apparently clumsy and both hit ourselves more than once in that thing. She even got a nasty scratch from the second time she run into it. But that is our fault. They Will only clean once a week for extended Stays, or anytime You need them to, for a fee. Having no blankets, no glasses or spoons was a low point for me. Why have anything that looks like a full kitchen, then have nothing to use it with...unless You pay more for it. Just plain cheap. Get rid of the kitchen instead so we know what to expect. Oh, and only one chair next to the desk, which You have to use if You eat in the room. Had to take turns to have a quick meal before going out. Just a poor experience.

Very good service, room spacious, attractively decorated and very comfortable. Decent area to walk dogs. Room service and a top notch breakfast. Guarded parking area. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower.

Excellent room incorporating up to date design features, built in surfaces to open suitcases, a great bed. A great layout, room and bathroom, good lighting, good bed and good hot breakfast, and the comfortable sofa was placed in good position to watch TV. Blackout curtains did a good job of blocking outside light. Always prompt staff- took immediate action when we found the mini fridge didn’t work, and replaced it with a functioning one. The room was exceptionally quiet. The breakfast buffet was above average, and a pleasant surprise compared to Courtyards in the US. They had decaf coffee and expresso with a good taste. Need to get IT people in to fix the ‘guest’ wifi sign in, at least for Apple devices, and data rate.

El hotel está en muy buen estado, se ve que fue renovado hace poco. Las camas son amplias y cómodas. El servicio de limpieza excelente y se ve que le ponen mucha atención. El staff es amable. El desayuno que estaba incluido en nuestra tarifa s bastante completo y con opciones diferentes cada día. Fruta fresca, algo de proteínas, pan y hasta tostador. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y la u ubicación es excelente porque de ahí sales a todos lados.

I have traveled throughout the Republic especially in the north, all year long, always hosting Fiesta Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels of which I have nothing wrong to say but the opposite. The Fiesta Inn in Monterrey and Puebla maintains the Posadas Group quality standards but the Saltillo should close in what they end up remodelling: dirty areas, no-trained staff, discomfort and bad service are their characteristics. There are no common clean or comfortable areas , the room is fine but the service is fatal , there is one to persecute, literally, someone to be cared especially in the adaptation they made of restaurant, I think they should close better and open when they are ready. Fortunately he returned to October, if this continues, I will look for another option even if I have to ask my company because it's them who reserve us.

Excellent location; smarred attention, only two adverse details: 1) a bomb or compressor was on the night at a side of the room, so rest was not very good; 2) they made a double charge for a room, they were called, e-mails sent; they admit the unlawful recovery, but so far they have not been worth returning the more recovered.

If they change the matresses and pillows, and ALL the bedding it could be better, at least liveable.... I was there for several days in which when I got to the room I found the dirty sheets, I requested clean ones, which I changed,,, then I saw the mattress it was more than 20 years old, I know this because it had a written date of about 20 years ago, and maybe it was already used then!!! The blanket was filthy and the bed cover also, I throw them in the floor, I didn't even wanted to touch them... The next day the woman came to ”clean” the room and throw the filthy blanket on top of the clean sheets! so I requested no cleaning service for the rest of my stay, I did my own cleaning, I didn't want this woman to move my clean sheets and throw the filthy blanket on the bed again! But now the positive finds, it has great location in downtown and parking included is next door. The front desk staff is very helpful.
