We stayed one night, left to go on a 2 day tour then returned for two nights. Our first bedroom faced the street and was a bit noisy. The second bedroom faced the back of the hotel and was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location for walking into town and Salta is a lovely place to explore. There is an unheated pool on the top floor. It probably warms up in summer. We were there in November and it was quite cold- okay once you were in. Staff service was excellent. The only reason for four stars and not five was that the breakfast was more limited than in other similar hotels. You can order eggs and they are delicious freshly cooked. However the fruit salad was mainly apples. Perhaps it is difficult to get melon and pineapple at this time of year but our other hotels all had them. Apart from the breakfast I loved the hotel and would stay here again when I visit Salta.

A great experience is not made by a physical place, it is made by people and by how they treat you. The hotel staff is amongst the most kind and service oriented we have ever met! The hotel is super clean, the rooms are big and it is super close to EVERYTHING! A special shout out to Yamil, Diego y Ariel. Also, to the breakfast staff who went above and beyond to find lactose free milk for us!! Thank you!

Well located hotel. Very kind, knowledgeable, and resourceful front desk staff as well as excellent housekeeping personnel. Our room was large, comfortable, and quiet. Im surprised at the excellent reviews regarding breakfast staff. Our experience was that they were too busy chatting among themselves to pay attention to even the basics of service such as providing silverware and cups for coffee, let alone actually serving the coffee — even after I asked. After three mornings I gave up and walked 2 blocks to Selina coffee shop where service, food, and ambiance were excellent. The pool area is gorgeous with a beautiful view. However the pool water was green and looked very unhealthy and uninviting. That’s unfortunate, really.

Mi experiencia en el hotel ayres de Salta: En una excursión a Cafayate compramos un centro de mesa de piedra que nos salió $25.000 pesos, lo dejamos en la habitación y hoy (el último ía) cuando nos vamos a retirar nos damos cuenta que nos lo habían robado, claramente nadie se hiso responsable. Mas allá del dinero que costó ese recuerdo, es una lastima arruinar las vacaciones por un ladrón o ladrona deja una imagen muy mala del hotel cuatro estrellas. No volvería sin dudas. El dueño Juan José Soler, tuvo una relación conmigo de más de dos años. Me engañó como a Todas sus mujeres. Con su “mujer” legal tuvo una relación paralela de 13! Años. Y salió con cuanta trola se le cruzó. Yo soy de Buenos Aires y viví un engaño. Ejerció Violencia de género conmigo y abandono de persona en México. Porque tenía un listado de más de 15! Mujeres que se veían con él en Salta. Es la peor persona que conocí en mi vida. Sin VALORES, Vive engañando y mintiendo toda su vida. SUS HIJOS LES INTERESA LA PLATA, como a la amante Virginia que mantiene y a los hijos de su otra mujer de 13 años. Todo lo arregla con dinero.

Muy buen hotel; buenas habitaciones; muy amable la gente del hotel. Correcto desayuno. Tiene una pileta muy linda en el último piso y también un gimnasio. La zona es muy buena; estas cerca de la plaza principal y cerca de las peñas también. Muy recomendable precio/calidad!!
