It has been a horrible experience. At all levels. I'm trying to find a positive note, but unfortunately it's impossible. Before arriving we received a message informing us of our stay. Not to welcome us, but to tell us all the things that were prohibited and what the extra charges would be. Once we arrived, we found that the apar**ent was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The kitchen and the balcony are so small that it is impossible to move with the 2 people. We tried to use the pool but to our surprise there was no water in the pool. When we asked for more information and help, our contact person Bruno Masciarelli said that the pool is not included in the service of the apar**ent (although it is announced on the reservation page) and that he cannot help. We were so excited about our stay in Salta but this has been a big disappoin**ent. We have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Please do not stay here. The apar**ents are in a building with a garage. They are far from the center but you can get there quickly by car. It has a large garage. The apar**ents are equipped with a kitchen and all its implements.
