The location is very convenient, especially close to the airport. It is also very convenient to eat next to it. The opposite is the convenience store and the gas station. The facilities are a bit old, but it is still relatively clean, and the equipment inside is quite complete.

The Residence Inn Salt Lake City has consistently provided high quality service and attention to detail during my stays. I was impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and immaculate condition of the rooms. There is no place I would rather stay than Marriott. Ms. Clarisa at the Residence Inn Salt Lake City downtown is an exceptional manager. I received excellent customer service from her. My admiration for her professionalism, expertise, and intelligence is unwavering. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay at Marriott was pleasant and well-cared for. Having a supportive and cohesive manager like Ms. Clarisa makes a positive impact on the customer experience. Front desk staff Mr. Trevor and Mr. Cyrus provided excellent customer service. They treat customers with kindness, generosity, and respect. My sincere appreciation and gratitude are due to the entire team for treating me so wonderfully. It was an excellent stay in every way. I highly recommend this place.

Specically booked a suite at this hotel for 3 nights to ensure that we had a view from an upper floor. Also website stated that dinners & breakfasts were available at the adjacent restaurant. After checking in we soon realised that the restaurant appeared to be closed. Upon asking at reception this was confirmed - so why had they not sent an email to warn of this situation?! When querying this with reception staff, one member in particular was very curt in her response. We had to search in very high temperatures to find suitable restaurants although the free light rail system did reduce the walking distance.

This room is still clean. I live on the second floor. There is a staff meeting room next to the room. Some people started talking at 7:00 in the morning. There is a door in the room that leads to the conference room. The room is not soundproof, so foreigners Loudly laughing and listening very clearly, the size of the room is as shown in the picture, it is ok to live alone, and the two people lived a little. The bed in the room is very soft, and the individual does not like the soft bed. There is a feeling of sinking...

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We were to be departing Salt Lake City and my mother fell and broke her hip at the airport. The hospital recommended this hotel to us because it was close to the hospital and they gave a medical discount. The staff was so accommodating and helpful and it was 2 miles from the hospital my mother was in. The breakfast was great and room was so nice and spacious for me and my father or sister whichever one if us that wasn’t staying at the hospital with mom. It was much nicer than another hotel that we had stayed at in Salt Lake City Earlier. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Salt Lake City for any reason.

This is a great place to stay. I’ve stayed here several times for a night at a time, when flying out the next day. They have an amazing Mongolian Beef rice bowl, great beds+pillows.. It’s clean, friendly, and best of all great service. Today I flew in in a snowstorm. The shuttle driver took me right to my car, so I wouldn’t have to drag my suitcase through the slush in the parking lot, then he put my suitcase in my trunk, AND brushed the snow off my car. Seriously? All my stays here have been great, but this one was above and beyond. It’s a gem, a well kept secret. Part of me didn’t want to write this because I don’t want it to be difficult to book in the future. My only suggestion is perhaps the desk attendant could give customers a map with their room marked. Sometimes finding the room is difficult due to the way it’s laid out. For me this is a minimal complaint and the rest of this establishment makes up for it!

I was recently in The Salt Lake City area. I flew there, rented a car and took a roadtrip in Utah, Idaho, Colorado and New Mexico. I stayed at this location on a Friday then a Sunday. I'm big on checking reviews and the reviews here were great. The price was higher than I'd like but the reviews were too good to pass it up. This hotel was great! It is well worth the price. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The first night I was without a car so I had to walk around to find a nearby grocery store, gas station and restaurants. I felt very safe walking around the area even after dark. The rooms had a regular curtain and a blackout curtain in the window. The blackout curtain worked very well. The breakfast was amazing! I would have been happy if I had paid for it but it is free of charge. The first morning it was scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, sausage links and hash browns. The second morning I was there it was more of a breakfast burrito kind of scrambled eggs, bacon (very fatty which is a huge plus for me!), and hash browns. One thing to know in advance is they have discontinued their shuttle service. This did not hurt my review at all but it is important to know before you arrive. The area is a bit of a public transportation dead zone. Not really. They exist. I got the feeling that North Salt Lake is close enough to Salt Lake City that they don't feel the need to offer much public transportation to that area but further north does have more options. This is important because I brought a cab from the airport the first night, and this might all be on me for not exploring all my cab options, but I felt bamboozled by the rates. This might be every taxi company there but I was charged over $8 per mile for that ride. It was a 9 mile distance from the airport so I'll let you do the math. So the following day when I went to pick up my rental car I took public transportation. It took a bus and the train to get me to the airport. For the price you couldn't beat it but I found it to be a bit too much. Of course that isn't the hotel's fault but the shuttle would have been a way to avoid all that. If I ever come back to Salt Lake City I would absolutely stay at this hotel. I love it and the surrounding neighborhood.

I chose this motel because I had a very early flight out of SLC airport and my return flight a few days later was arriving very late. Since I live a couple hundred miles from the airport I booked a stay on both ends of my trip. My spouse and I are Best Western Rewards members and usually stay at Best Westerns when we travel; but for this trip, I was solo. Checking in, I was given a lot of grief because the reservation was made in my husband’s name (even tho I made the reservation). I even had the confirmation number. The front desk clerk finally agreed to let me stay after a lot of persuasion on my part. My husband and I have the last name, btw. When I returned and tried to check in a few days later, I was told I did not have a reservation. Once again, I did have a confirmation number and the name of the person who had made the reservation for me. The desk clerk told me my reservation had been cancelled by some person whose name I didn’t recognize . I’m clueless why they would let a stranger cancel someone else’s reservation. After a lot of argument the clerk finally agreed to get me a room. But of course it was $40 more than my original room. Even though the rooms were comfy and clean, you can bet I will never stay at this motel again. The clerks are rude and argumentative and have absolutely no desire to help you. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because the room was decent.

LLaoguobaThis one in Salt Lake City, the room was fine. Meet expectations. Breakfast is also quite satisfactory. Only disappointment and upset was that I left the next day and the $198 deposit was never cancelled. Yes, it has been 11 days. I called the front desk on 7.16, and the female staff replied about 4 working days. As a result, looking at it today, all Marriott's Springhills have not been cancelled. But what stands out is that there is a $20 deposit for other Springhills suites. This 198, why? Salt Lake City expensive? Aren't you worried that such an inefficient cancellation of the deposit will affect your guests' next itinerary? Not everyone has a $30,000 credit card limit and can ignore your slow refunds. Regarding this hotel in Salt Lake City, it has bad reviews. It is recommended not to go if you are concerned about the speed of returning the 198 deposit.

GGuest UserThis was the best hotel on our trip. We felt very welcome and enjoyed all of the interactions with the employees. There are great restaurants in the area, the front desk made some great recommendations. This hotel’s very clean. The breakfast was great. They have pumpkin waffles that were fabulous. I had read a review that said they didn’t feel safe, however that was not our experience- we felt safe in the area. There are homeless folks in the area but we never felt unsafe. Great place!

GGuest UserThis is the first time I stayed here and I'll be back. It's right next to the Salt Palace convention center which makes it incredibly convenient. It's reasonably priced and each room has some great kitchen features in it. Also, breakfast is included. There are several great restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff here is fantastic as well. I was hoping to get a muffin before they cleared breakfast, but I just missed it and the staff brought the bread tray back out for me to select from. Genni & William are great and very helpful. Genni waited with me until my Uber came to make sure I got in and got on my way to the airport okay. This is above and beyond what I've seen at other hotels in the area. Having kitchen utensils/items in the room was great for when I ended up staying in the room more than expected due to a tooth issue. I could easily heat up food and having a dishwasher meant I didn't have to do a lot with the dishes. If I was staying in Salt Lake longer, I'd definitely choose here because I could use the kitchen area to make sure I ate decent food. The only thing I wish is that they had a larger selection in their Marketplace area. Overall a great place to stay.

GGuest UserFirst time staying at a Radisson Hotel, and we enjoyed it. The location was perfect, it was near the LDS conference building and many more places we were looking forward to visit. The only down fall was that there wasn’t many restaurants near by. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from our room was perfect. The is a restaurant on the first level of the hotel by the front desk, we had lunch there. I ordered a Cheeseburger and it was super good! The front desk and security guard were very kind and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

GGuest UserI had a stay Feb 5-6, 2023 for a ground floor room w/ a single bed because I'm 100% handicapped from my military service during Vietnam. I called Microtel twice on 2/1 & again on 2/4, to confirm that I had a 1 bed ground floor rm. Both times the clerks assured me that it was in their system. I showed up Feb 5th around 3:30pm, & was told by the rude female desk clerk that there's no ground floor rooms available. I told her that I had called twice on different days & was assured that the notes were in the system. She finally checked again & put me in a ground floor room, that wasn't very clean, but I accepted it, since there wasn't any other ground floor rooms available according to her. That evening the room above me kept dropping things, & it sounded like being in a bowling alley w/ the loud noises. Later, a family came in the room next door to me, & the kids started yelling, screaming & pounding on the walls. I called the front desk a couple of times, but no answer. It finally stopped around 10pm. The next morning, I went to take a shower. There wasn't any hot water, & the soap & shampoo dispensers were empty. I called the front desk & again, no answer. Afterward, a Mexican guy apparently had a key to my room & came in, w/o knocking or anything. He looked surprised when he saw me, & started speaking Spanish. I asked who he was & why he came in my room, but just talked Spanish. When I went to the front desk & confronted the clerk (the same rude clerk that checked me in the day before) about this guy having a key to enter my room, she said it MAY be the maintenance guy. I then asked, ”Why didn't he say he's maintenance or staff or have hotel ID on him?” She claimed she didn't know. I filed a complaint w/ the mgr thru the clerk, & he finally sent me a email 3 days later saying he couldn't do anything about the noise from other guests. Nothing about the other issues, like no hot water, soap or shampoo, or why the guy had a key to enter my rm. No offer of a refund or some sort of compensation. Do not stay at this Microtel !!

GGuest UserFirst off, I love a hotel where the staff really works hard to take care of the traveler! Little things like breakfast starting at 4:30am instead of 6:30 or 7am. A great pool, great airport shuttle, and great service at checkin. Moses, the assistant mgr took great care of me at check in. The room was very large and very nice. The price was the best of all the hotels near the airport. Not a negative word to say about this place!

There was a fridge, sink, oven, microwave, and table for comfort away from home. The hotel is also located near some yummy restaurants and delivery was quick. The heater took a little while to warm the room up, but extra blankets were enough to feel comfortable. The shower water pressure was decent. There are lots of outlets and USB plug ins for any electronic needs. The WIFI also ran at a decent speed.

步行到银河The location of the hotel is in the suburbs, the breakfast is simple, and the surrounding environment is average; when I go out to buy something at night, there are many idle people on the street, etc., my heart is still a bit vacant; the hotel is a two-story room type. We live on the second floor and feel the hotel The facilities belong to the more average ones in the car hotels (almost seen the worst), the taste is a bit strange, the price is indeed cheap, there are more black people staying in the hotel, although everyone is very disciplined, but I still feel a bit uneasy. The price of the hotel did not say that it is the cheapest of the motels I have stayed at this time. If the requirements are not high, there is only a place to sleep and bath. You can choose. If you have expectations about the conditions of your stay, you can choose another one. Right.
