"I didn't really like staying in old hotels, but I booked it decisively when I saw the high ratings and good location. Sure enough, it is worth the money. The hotel has the feeling of the Hong Kong peninsula. Although it has a history, it is well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are large. The outdoor swimming pool is very lively in the afternoon. The restaurant on the first floor has a good environment, but the dishes are too salty"
"Clean, spacious and luxurious. Great location. Helpful staff. Price is very reasonable for a downtown hotel of this quality. Would stay here again next time I am in SLC."
"The room is big and the location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere in downtown. But parking is expensive... $25 a day, I thought it was free. Then asking the front desk for toiletries is also expensive, $7 a day. The facilities are a bit old. The service is OK. It's average."

"The room is wide and the hot water comes quickly. The front desk service is friendly. Although English is not good, the translation is also very convenient. There is coffee at the front desk. The biscuits are delicious and have four flavors. There is an American-style wood-burning fireplace in the lobby. There is a restaurant in the lobby on the first floor with a small variety of varieties. The location is very convenient in the city."
"The room is large and can cook. Because it is convenient to go to Huangshi, it is near the airport. The hotel has good breakfast, the staff is warm and friendly, and the parking is free."
"The two-bedroom and one-living apartment hotel is especially suitable for our family to travel. The kitchen is fully equipped, electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, pots and bowls, knives and forks are all available. The room is clean and tidy, and the two 1.8-meter beds are very comfortable. The front desk is friendly and polite, there is free parking, in short, great!"
"There is a free shuttle bus from Salt Lake City Airport to the hotel. The journey takes 10 minutes. Pick-up needs to be booked with the hotel in advance, and you can talk to the front desk. There is no supermarket around the hotel, only a small restaurant, there is free afternoon tea in the hotel, the variety is not too much but the taste is not bad. The room is very large and there is an open kitchen. The waiter will take the initiative to say hello and the service is good. The only memorable thing was that I was awakened by the hotel's fire alarm at four in the morning, and it was later found to be a false alarm. Overall it feels good, recommended to friends who transfer from Salt Lake City!"

Very Good
AAndrewThe double tree was very convenient to the airport and the customer service was excellent. We had an early flight and they provided a shuttle for us. The desk person was very accommodating when we arrived and helped me find a place to get an item I forgot for travel. Very clean and the rooms was very large. My wife was very appreciative of the warm temperature in the room. Will definitely stay there again.
GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel for a business trip, and the location was very convenient as it was adjacent to the convention center. It was located downtown, so going to the mall or other tourist attractions was good. However, the bedding was not washed and ironed. All 4 pillows had a musty smell, and even after room cleaning in the middle, the condition was the same. So I couldn't tell if the bedding was changed or not. Also, I mistakenly booked the check-in date and added one extra day when I checked in. But it seems necessary to check as it is charged at the average price of 2 days. However, I did not receive any receipt or billing documents after check-out via e-mail or a printed one.

WWilliam QuThe hotel is in the city center, within 10 minutes walk from the stream center and Temple Square. However, there is no breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast needs to be ordered on the first floor by yourself, and an extra cup of coffee costs more than 20 dollars. The hotel doesn't even have a bus to the airport, saying that it only picks up employees. I see that other hotels have drop-offs. In addition, remember not to book a room near the vending and ice machine, it will be buzzing at night, which will affect your rest

OOscarlinaMing Tam SpitzThe hotel is only 8 minutes rides provided by the hotel. The front desk lady Jackie is super nice and helpful. I definitely will recommend it to my family and friends and I will definitely book it again!
MMINGVery close to the airport, the hotel has a free shuttle pick-up and drop-off machine, the hotel has a swimming pool and gym, although not big, but you can relax, breakfast is a bit simple, overall good
EEd SeveranceThis was an emotional trip - to support a close friend. During the stay the breakfasts were a great help to our schedule and pretty tasty. We were happy to be as close to our destination as we were. Due to a surprise time change in our trip, the folks were very helpful in getting a room on very short notice for one more person. All in all - very satisfied with Comfort in and the staff.

GGuest UserSalt Lake City is so popular to tourists that it is hard to get a good deal in the last minute. We booked Motel 6 which told us they did not have a bed for us when we arrived. We had to rebook, and Metropolitan Inn had one room left according to Trip.com. Thus we were fortunate not to go to a more expensive one. The facilities are good. We were happy to stay there for two nights.

玉玉女手筆This hotel is located at the Salt Lake City Airport in the United States, and it is also the place where we boarded the bus for the local tour group. I found this classic European-style suite on trip.com, and the price was not too expensive, more than 210 US dollars after tax. My friend called the hotel directly to book this room, and they said they didn’t have it. But I was a member of trip.com and could book it, so lucky! My friends were very interested in the suite I stayed in and asked me which hotel it was from. The hotel’s service and facilities are good!
GGuest UserGot to hand it to Rocky, he actually knows what customer service is all about. If he isn't all ready he should be manager. Helped me our even when all booked up! Switched rooms without a hassle.
The hotel itself is just like any other motel 6. I give 2 stars on amenities no shampoo furnished and coffee doesnt happen like the one in woods cross and a few other things that other motels furnish, location downtown not the worst but not the greatest convenient to trax. Overall 3 stars (4 if you get Rocky checking you in)
