I recently stayed at indismart hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience and rooms were nice, and the food was good and delicious(loved the breakfast experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location and features good interior design. The staff were polite and accommodating. However, the bathrooms could use an upgrade to match the rest of the facilities.

Excellent hospitality, fine behaviour as well as very very cooperative guest house staff especially mr. Biplab mandal, the caretaker cum manager, good fooding, cleaned room with essential amenities etc. A good choice for family stay. It will be more appreciable if room and fooding charges can be reduced atleast by 20.

Bed sheets were moist and very old. Sleeping in the bed did not feel very hygienic. Rooms are spacious but walls are old and growing molds here and there. It is in the brink of closing down is what i feel for placing a stay like this in a good locality. It is being managed by young boys who aren’t professional. Locality is superb, you have a great restaurant right next to it.
