Check in was smooth and reception staff helpful and friendly. Explained the basics of the hotel and the amenities. Room was as good as what paid for. Comfortable bed,pillows and exceptional air-conditioning. Bathroom very modern. Towels changed regularly. Sheets not changed for the 5 nights we stayed but the beds were aways made. The breakfast was exceptional there was something for everyone. However the evening meal was a little hit and miss. Food very tepid and not replenished but could just about get by at a push. Overall this is a great adult only hotel and I would recommend to others. In a ideal location with shops,bars and supermarkets nearby. Thank you all for a pleasant stay

This is a very nice hotel even though frequented by a lot of British there is no cattle in the room which is essential and apart from the temperature of the large swimming pool the only reason it’s not five stars food was great lots of different things at breakfast, staff friendly and efficient without being to American about it. Lovely big lounge quiet library great pools but too cold although it was only May and the weather was not that good. Overall would recommend reasonably priced.

Great time at this adult only hotel. We are in room 506 with a pool view. Room is very clean and comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast is excellent with good choices of food, milk, juices etc. Dinner is slightly hit or miss but I am a very fussy eater. Always something to eat though. Bands are used instead of room card this also is used to pay for drinks etc if cash loaded on at reception. I can't comment on entertainment as we either went out after dinner or sat on our balcony.

Second year visiting. Entertainment team much better than last year. Hotel is more for younger people than last year. My only fault is it’s not clear in the restaurant what’s vegetarian. Ended up with meat in things that wasn’t stated. Other than that great !

This hotel was in a perfect location and was excellent in every way. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool, the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. They have a wristband which acts as your room key and which you can load up with euros to make things so easy when buying drinks or food. The animation team, Danny and Marianna, were absolutely excellent and really made our holiday by organising games and activities every day. They made sure everyone was included and through them we met lots of lovely people. We'd definitely recommend this resort and hotel.

Tired dated hotel pictures on h10 site 10 years old and very deceiving especially pools. Same luke warm food everyday not great .pools small and not the cleanest definitely not 4 star hotel would not recommend check pics

Positives- - View from the balcony - Room included toiletries and a mini fridge - Room was cleaned frequently - The staff were very welcoming and friendly - The main pool was a good depth for swimming - Rooftop pool and bar was relaxing with lovely views - Bartenders were generous with drinks - Entertainment in the pool from the animation team was fantastic. - Nightime entertainment was great Negatives- - The food options as there weren’t many things to eat (however I am quite fussy) - Noise at night due to music in the other hotels, nothing some earplugs can’t fix. It ended by midnight. - The pool cleanliness, leaves being dropped from the tree and not moved

Nice clean hotel. Attentive staff. Ideal location, Salou is lively and lots to do. Hotel food delicious. Beds comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay.
