PortAventura Hotel Colorado Creek - Includes unlimited access PortAventura Park & 1 Ferrari Land

Great location for theme park We stayed in a family room that was large enough for two adults and two kids (12 & 10). The room had two large beds and a couple of chairs. Though the room was very comfortable, but it did lack basics as there were no tea making facilities and no iron. The reception was also unable to provide a kettle! No water provided either and nowhere in the hotel to get ice or even hot water to make tea. Note when arriving by car, you have to park about 30m away from the hotel reception and carry your bags in. You then have to immediately move your car to the carpark. The bell staff weren't particularly helpful. On the plus side, the reception staff were helpful and polite. We opted for half board which was good value. Big buffet breakfast in the morning and another good buffet in the evening. But you have to pre-book a time slot (40mins for breakfast and 60 minutes for dinner). Waiters come round and remind you how much longer you have before you need to leave! Good food though. The hotel is only 7 mins walk from the 'hotel guest' entrance of PortAventura. The walk is through themed grounds (Wild West) lined with a few restaurants, so a nice walk. Our stay included fast track tickets to the park as well, so we could enter and leave the park unrestricted throughout the stay, and use the fast track 10 card on 10 attractions within two days of first use. Colorado Creek is a great choice if you have a car and want to visit PortAventura.

The location of this property is a good 10-15 minute walk from the Port Aventura park entrance, it is not that close. On checkin we were given our room number, and spent about 10 minutes walking around the hotel trying to find it, only to eventually realise we were in a separate building. No directions given. Very little food options, no real amenities in the hotel itself. Breakfast buffet was quite nice. No tea or coffee in the room at all, only option was to buy one. I wouldn't be rushing back to stay here. Park was fun.

MAGNIFIQUE L'hôtel est magnifique, richement décoré avec une thématique western remarquable. Petit bemol, il est plutot loin du parc, avec notamment une montée difficile a encaisser apres une journee a arpenter Port Aventura.

Hotel was beautiful, clean well organised and smelled amazing. The far west theme from Portaventura park was continued throughout the area and the various hotels around. Really lovely touch. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained by housekeeping. Food was delicious and the variety off food available was excellent. Can’t wait to go back. Fantastic family holiday.

DIRTY BEDDING MOULD IN ROOMS!!! Awful night sleep room was musty because there was mould growing in wardrobes and bed sheets were covered in bodily fluids. Steer clear of this hotel
