I liked the shows at the evening time to relax also the staff were great especially Pepito. An amazing person especially with kids. The hotel has a lot to offer a pool outside is immaculate and in great condition they also have a pool inside which is great for just chilling in the evening time. The bar has great facilities and has pool tables for you and your family to play together. I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel and will be back next year.

Hotel is brilliant and staff excellent unfortunately the food is not for my liking I found it better to eat out to be honest and the queue to get into restaurant was a nightmare be patient with that one 🤦♂️ all in all great hotel

Pepito was excellent at his job with a very contagious laugh my son loved him always had fun 24/7 throughout our stay! Food was excellent and had everything we needed in our stay. Definitely recommend fabulous pool and slides. Also games on every night and fun for everybody

This family hotel is fantastic for children and adults the entertainment staff are so good and friendly go up and beyond to make your holiday an experience to remember highly recommend the staff are called Pepito and bonbon xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I am here at the moment. Midway through a week stay. From the start a warm, professional and friendly reception and welcome. Room spacious, clean and serviced well daily with towel changes, nicely remade bed, plenty of hand gel soap, shower gel and shampoo. Bed very comfortable. Public areas all clean and spacious. Well equipped gym which I used and probably the best I've seen in a hotel. Good WiFi Breakfast.... great variety and no rush. Cava available. Great omelettes. Evening meal....plenty of choice and always something excellent to eat. Lots of healthy choices and very large selection of desserts. You would be hard to please if you have grumbles David J

I absolutely love this hotel. Great staff, nice rooms, great facilities, great food, great location. Walking distance to beach and waterpark/theme park. Petite bar, brilliant Tapas restaurant just down the road. We have been here twice now, best bang for your buck in Salou

We stayed in August 2023, and this is what I thought. The hotel is big,nice and modern. However it wasn't the most cleanest in certain areas. Our room was fine but TINY. 2 people sharing a sofa bed? It wasn't good. The balcony was spacious and guarded so we could not see the other rooms balcony. The restaurant was big, and lots of food variety. There was always a queue in the morning which was horrifically long. The pool area was large but not overly shaded. Most importantly, was how central the hotel is! Right beside Portaventure-5min walk-and near Salou city centre. Near barcelona so good for day trips. The entertainment for kids was poor and not great. Some of the "adult" entertainment was questionable and not appropriate for young ones. Only on some nights however was this the case. I enjoyed the holiday but the hotel was slightly crowded.
