The hotel is quite good, the rooms are quite large, the beds are comfortable and the balcony has very nice views. But there are some things to improve in terms of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, since, for example, the door did not close. Also where the soap was placed was quite rusty. As for everything else, very good. I would highlight the pools, for children they are very fun since there are various slides, in addition to a large pool for adults.

The hotel is good, but the overcrowding in the common areas makes it horrible to go down to the dining room, it is excessive.
The bathroom leaked water and made a constant noise.
Otherwise it is well located and quality-price is good.

Better than a 3 star hotel. Highly recommended.
Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s.
Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident.
Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round.
Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning.
Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the beach.
The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only.
Special thanks go to the room cleaning staff, the busy but friendly restaurant staff, Raul in the Braseria and bar manager for his kindness. Finally to Sandra on Guest services. Thank you and best wishes for everything.

During my stay there was a fight which occurred in the dining area and continued into the lobby. Left many traumatised and ruined our holiday.
Few cuts and bruises on the water slides.

This hotel is good for families wanting all inclusive, if you want a relaxing stay look elsewhere. Was convenient for a last minute booking by the beach.

Food in the big buffet is only okay. too much consideration is given to the fact that there are many English people, so almost no Spanish food, but beans, burgers and fries.
you have to be at the restaurant when I opens if you want a nice table and not stand in line to get in.

the hotel lets people reserve sun chairs in the morning without using them, people are stingy and take chairs, tables and parasols and then leave them for several hours.
3).
There is no control at the indoor hot pool in the spa area, so 12-15 year olds make water bombs and spray so there is no peace and it is difficult to be there with small children
