The hotel is the best. It's good that we chose him. Great location, everything is clean and tidy, food is exceptional. Huge thanks to the chefs!

Clean hotel in good location! Madu's welcome is great! Clean room well cleaned.
Only downside of sewage smell rising in the shower to be corrected!
People don't respect anyone anymore, they slam their doors and run down the halls at 7am to get their breakfast.

Absolutely lovely hotel, clean, staff so friendly, beds changed daily with fresh towels and mopped floors, reception staff are so helpful and speak an array of languages. Food was lovely, pools are big enough and always sun beds. Bar staff was lovely and always had a smile. Hotel is only a min walk from nearest shops and restaurants and bars. Aircon worked perfectly. Cannon fault this hotel. We will definitely be returning!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel,absolutely spotless staff friendly and nothing too much,good variety of food and very nice too I will say it says that aircon only certain times of year it was working so don't worry and also the rooms don't have an iron or kettle but you can get them from reception 10euros each deposit that you get back and there is a little fridge in the rooms so there s no worries there either there was 7 adults an we can't wait to go back thank you best los angeles for a great time.

Really enjoyed my stay for 8 nights. Fantastic rooms, very comfortable beds too. ( One thing I didn’t like was the pillow had a bad smell ) great location shops, restaurants, clubs, 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff at the restaurant were great thank you very much Natalie. The air conditioner worked great but it is very noisy)

We had a really lovely stay. From check in to check out it was hassle free- lovely friendly staff throughout and spotlessly clean. We came for a relaxing weeks break and that’s exactly what we had. Thank you food was good- and hotel is in ideal loction

Perfect. Everything was fine. Nice hard working people who served us. The room had al equipment you need. Maybe it would be better that all the things you have included with free drinks it’s somewhere to read. Now you don’t know the snacks by the pool and not the drinks you can take for free.

On my first visit, I wasn't particularly impressed with the food, so this time I decided to skip dining at the hotel. However, everything else, from the easy check-in process to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, exceeded my expectations.

Stayed here for a week with family. We did pay for half board as part of our package deal but didn’t eat in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner due to the experience on the first night. The food was all cold, however if the meals served were hot they would have been really nice. The hotel itself was really clean, rooms were to be expected for room only basis and again were very clean. Even on days we didn’t request a rook clean, this still went ahead and fresh towels provided, beds made etc. The staff were friendly enough and the children enjoyed the use of the pools. The entertainment was varied but not always to our taste though again this isn’t a negative from us, we went out most evenings anyway as we had planned to do like all other holidays we’ve had. The price of drinks in the hotel were very cheap. We were apprehensive at first due to other reviews but would stay again.
