The hotel is very nice and is being renovated. They should clean the balconies because they're also dirty. A sweep will do the trick. The food is very good and varied. The entertainment is great for children and adults alike.
The good thing is that you can open your room with a wristband and deposit money. The hotel is also very large and has two dining rooms. I'll return with my son.

Our stay at the J'aime hotel was wonderful, we had a great stay. My kids loved it. I would like to thank suzanne from the reception for the welcome which was exceptional she welcomed us very well despite our late arrival and served us food while the restaurant was closed and also the animation team which was great

Staff is excellent with all the requests. Great for kids. The only thing, all entertainment is in Spanish. Very nice breakfast. Dinner is not
