From the Reception to the lifeguards from the housekeepers to the waiters this hotel is by far the best I have stayed at in Europe! Attention to detail is amazing we went for 11 nights as a family 3 adults and 3 children 12,8 & 4 all catered for considerably. We had 2 rooms interconnecting with each other so I could be close to my mum and 2 elder kids! The food is outstanding and the drinks you don’t have to pay for top end vodka or Gin as it’s great the brands they use! I was very drunk on their pink gin So much choice of food from chicken nuggets, pasta,pizza to salmon, beef, salad, fruit desserts the list goes on with themed nights thought the week! There is different entertainment on through the day for young kids, teenagers and adults and a different show on every night I couldn’t expect or want anymore from this hotel Everyone is amazing but especially Felipe, Neria and the blonde haired lifeguard I never got her name amazing people and always put the people who stay at the hotel first Salou has my heart

Room was excellent and so were some of the staff. Pool is good but no atmosphere could be doing with some music during the day. For the price I paid the food is the same in cheaper places I’ve stayed in Saluo. Entertainment very average again in cheaper places so much better. Would I stay again no, the only thing that made the stay was the family suite but you don’t go on holiday to stay in a room.

The Hotel rooms and staff are fine but after that it goes down hill. The food is tasty but very repetitive, This could be greatly improved if you had themed days where the menu could be from another country, maybe Italian or Mexican night etc ( I guess they are accommodating for families ). You can forget about trying to get a sun lounger after breakfast ! families putting towels down by 7 am not my idea of a relaxing holiday ! The hotel could be greatly improved if there was an adult only pool area as there are enough pools to achieve this as It works in other hotels I’ve been to -Thus making the hotel more appealing to adults. If you are a family with small children this would be a good hotel to book, Would I come here again ? Not this time of year !

Great location, approx 10 min walk to beach and main shops. Bus service around the corner which takes you to port aventura. The hotel itself has 2 big pools and 3 small pools (shallower for young children) play area and football area. It has a spa area with indoor pool this was payable and restricted to one hour 15 mins. It was immaculately clean throughout our stay,our rooms were cleaned and beds made daily and the communal areas were also maintained very well. We stayed in the family suites (another block located to the rear of the building) the family room we had was very spacious with a joining 2nd bedroom with proper single beds, large balcony and had fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities also had a hairdyer in the bathroom. We stayed half board and the food on offer was a good variety and quality, if you stayed all inclusive lunch was included and snacks offered around the bar areas were cakes and crisps also selected ice creams/ice lolly. Drinks were also included , there was no signs to say there was restriction regarding times but only able to order two drinks at a time, strangely at dinner the wine menu on offer stated that all inclusive guests had to pay but at a reduced cost? The staff were very friendly and helpful, overall extremely pleased with our choice and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed as a family of 3 ,Me,wife and our 18 month old Overall a good stay. - Great location , Not far from the airport, beach and main ***** of bars/restaurants - Good facilities, and the rooms were cleaned to a great standard. Could of been a little bit bigger. The balcony was a pleasant surprise -Pools , A few pools and one what we used was okay but the steps weren't really suitable for young kids. The staff we found be rude, the woman checking us in really wasn't pleasant. Along with the bar staff and restaurant staff bar a couple, Inma was the only one who we found to be really good and friendly. We were all inclusive but yet felt we were an inconvenience. Felt like we couldn't ask for anything. The times for tea didn't quite work for us having an 18 month old . Not opening till 8.45 felt late for us having to go for our food The food was a good selection in terms of the salads/fruits and different options. The Hot food wasnt bad but felt a bit bland and never really very hot. Overall not a bad experience and a good hotel. Looked to be more suited for families with older kids.

Amazing stay at this hotel, the rooms seemed to be brand new, although my room was small as it was on the end, it suited me, nice little balcony, big bathroom with amazing shower. All the staff were lovely, cleaners do an amazing job at this hotel, the place was spotless. Also the girls in the spa, I had a massage and an incredible facial, use of the spa afterwards was lovely. Breakfast is good, huge selection, omelettes made to order, lots of variety. All inclusive didn’t look v exciting though! Loads of loungers outside, was never an issue though some areas get shady by midday. Evening entertainment is really good, good variety of shows each night, I can’t wait to return!

Room 5010 is directly across from a bar on the opposite side of the street. Currently, it's 3:59 AM, and my children have been woken up by loud music and some drunk guys yelling outside. When I approached the reception desk with this complaint at night, I was greeted with a smile, "Welcome to Spain." However, my request to change rooms was denied. They told that they were fully booked. While the hotel itself is very cool, this experience has ruined everything.

A gorgeous hotel, very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of sun lounges, but found that you need to be early to get a good sun trap because some people are out first thing putting towels on to save them. The entertainment is also very good on an evening. No music played throughout the day outside, but you can play your own at a reasonable volume. Location is good too, short cut through the cafe at back of hotel to get to beach, 10/15 minutes away. The restaurant is very nice and well organised. There’s a good selection of food to choose from, the only problem I have with the food is that unfortunately it’s not very hot, even though the food is kept under food lamps, it was just warm. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Weather was great, got a nice tan.
