Hello, I made a reservation for the night of 11/09 to 11/10. My reservation number *********** refers to my partner's anniversary and I specified that I had a small gesture that was not taken into account. This is not so serious. On the other hand, when I arrived the room had 3 single beds (single beds) while I asked for a double bed. A toilet bowl breaks or you can hurt yourself. The soap dish is dirty. A TOWEL WITH A BLOOD STAIN! This is unacceptable. I took the photos so I have proof that I can send you by email. I would like you to refund me for the night I spent. THANK YOU

Very poor insulation in the rooms, you can hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms and in the corridor. Very good location with sea view, shops and restaurants nearby.

Recent review Just come home from a stay at this hotel, The wifi never worked, i even checked with reception and they said it is not powerful enough. The air conditioning was poor. Groups of children boys and girls on a football trip banging and slamming doors until 4 am on floor 6. The balcony curtains did not cover the window, had to be resourceful with the spare bed sheets to stop the bright sun at 5 am. The food is terrible, nothing healthy other than pasta. the meat was unedable, ate out after the first 2 evenings. little snack bar is good its open when the restaurant is closed and included in the all inclusive. cocktails are not fresh and full of sugar. The hotel is lovely and clean, Staff friendly always managed to get a sunbed and in a great location.
