The hotel facilities are very clean.
We had requested a room with one bed but in fact there were two double beds. They have a fridge with free detail (orange kas, water and Pepsi). In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, shampoo, gel and body cream, as well as a toothbrush with mini-paste and a comb.
The free buffet is a bit scarce, long queues for freshly made food and warm desserts instead of cold. In addition, they are waiting all the time to remove your dishes, which can be annoying.
The children's entertainers are charming. The hours of the room are fair, the afternoon hours should be extended.

The hotel is one of the nicest and cleanest I’ve visited, the food is also nice although it can be a little repetitive but it didn’t bother me too much. The staff members are extremely friendly and more than willing to help, as are the maids/cleaners. The only downside was the lack of entertainment for the adults on a night, but again it didn’t impact my stay. I would definitely recommend and return.

Just home after a weeks stay. Pool - great - slides were fab for my 4 year old Grandaughter Food - a good selection - pork and chicken a bit on the pink side but lots of other choices Location - a couple of minutes to the beach, bus stop outside for Salou and Tarragona Staff - friendly and helpful Rooms - very clean, good hot showers WiFi - surprisingly good throughout the hotel. An easy week for us, sunshine, pool, beach and no cooking. Location is great.

Avoid! Health and safety is non existent! My child cut their foot open twice on broken glass IN the pool as well as around it. There were four other children who we observed had done the same thing. The lifeguards reported it to reception and nothing was done. People were still taking drinks in glass by the pool. When we went to complain to the manager I was told it wasn’t possibles said manager was sat in his office then blatantly got up and shut the door in my face! If you don’t care about that sort of stuff then knock yourself out and book, but pack some very large plasters!

The main place where u get food drinks etc is the snack bar beside the pool the staff that work mainly all the women were extremely rude and ignorant they looked like they hated their job especially a girl named omina she was the rudest by far!!! None of them smiled when greeting you apart from Dana she was the only one who was lovely to deal with!! Anybody who works in hospitality needs to be nice happy and pleasant and the staff were the opposite to this unfortunate. Because of how rude they were myself and the 2 other family will not be returning here to be treated the way we did and we will certainly be telling everyone not to go!!! Also the children’s entertainment is crap as it’s all in Spanish no English so the kids could not understand so didn’t want to take part! The entertainment if you’d call it that was extremely loud as if the were in your room and went on till 11.30 which is too late so If u have small children I definitely wouldn’t recommend it!!!!!

Couldn’t fault the hotel at all the rooms was clean and updated nice placement of hotel 2 mins from beach plenty of shops near by the food was amazing everyday staff was friendly the entertainment was good from what we personally attended comfy beds room have a fridge which a nice extra and had two bottle of fizzy drink inside

Just do it . People moaning about undercooked meat . We stayed for 4 nights and haven't got poorly once . Ignore the Karen's Great stay the food was great. The staff were great The rooms were cleaned everyday . The pool area is great. Beach is awesome the whole area is awesome Wristbands for all inclusive awesome. Cocktails and snacks like burgers toasties chips were all day too . Side note for travel from Barcelona follow the signs to terminal b up to the burger king then the from2 office is easier to find . Just a note for the hotel . The lift it does need sorting in block by the restaurant we got stuck in for 5 mins and the lift was breaking down most of the week.

The hotel is fine. My son enjoyed the play pool. The kids entertainment is terrible, air con does not work in the rooms. However, the food is the worst. Waiters are rushed, no table service for ages. Took a burger from the grill side of the buffet for my son to eat. It was raw. He was incredibly ill afterwards. We would not return.
