We had a great time at the hotel. We were able to get into our room on time, lovely beds and clean. The pool was also lovely and no sunbed race. The breakfast and dinner were always tasty and plenty of choice. The staff was great always a smile and friendly. Special compliments to Rubén and Jhonny they are really worth gold. Thank you for the great time we had and we will definitely come back. Also compliments for dealing with the national power outage, everything was well arranged then.

We rested together with my wife at the Best da Vinci hotel for 10 days. And we spared only one thing. That we could not stay here for a longer time. Everywhere is very clean and tidy. Very nice and helpful staff. A good meal. Everything was just great. The resort of Salou is simply amazing. Greenery, cleanliness everywhere. Everything is for relaxation and entertainment. Excellent public transport connections. We had a wonderful vacation. We would especially like to thank Jana, the reception staff, for her warm, sincere communication and help. Rest here and you won't regret it!

first about Salou what a beautiful place what a beautiful boulevard with palm trees. now the Best Da Vinci hotel the location of the hotel is good a few minutes walk to the beautiful boulevard and the beach. about the hotel we were very satisfied friendly staff rooms were neat and clean beautiful swimming pool with a lifeguard who is present all day that gives a safe feeling especially if you are with children. the restaurant was good although if there was more variety in the evening meal it would be great because after a few days you could guess what you were going to eat the rest of your holiday. for the rest everything was great definitely recommended.

The woman who works at the reception, Jana, discriminates against me. She speaks Russian, although I've said many times that I only understand a little Russian. I am not from Russia. This is disrespectful. Were bad experience. Bad service

The hotel is located not far from the beach. As such it’s pretty basic. We stayed there just one night on the way to Port Aventura. The rooms are basic. We got a studio, which was ok for one night. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok for one night, with fried eggs and pancakes.
