Non mi sono piaciuti i orari di apertura del ristorante, come colazione e cena. Se potessi aprire un’ora prima seria perfetto.

Hi all, I am posting a review for my family stay in May 2024. We are a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 6 years and 3 years). We stayed in Hotel 2 (Alamaris) and chose the all inclusive option. We loved that we could go between Hotel 1 and 2 to change scenery and that the kids would avail of whatever drinks and snacks they wanted without having to have money on us all the time. We had the Junior Suite and it was perfect for us. Our 6 year old slept in the pull out sofa and the 3 year old in the double with us. Now I would say that if you had older kids, the size may not have been enough. The rooms were spotless, really new, cleaned every day. I found the hotel staff lovely, the only fault was that the towels were removed from the day beds outside by the pool literally within a half an hour of putting them on if we hadn't returned. To be fair I can understand this but some days we only had one day bed and the towels were put on the walls by the time we came back from lunch. In terms of the all inclusive - lots and lots of food. Great selection. Although as I am sure is the case with similar all inclusives in other hotels that you were just sick of eating and eating the same food by the end...a good complaint to have! The pool with the slides was great for my kids in terms of age - the slides werent too big that you were afraid of letting the 6year old down on his own, yet the 3 year old loved being able to walk around the pool himself. I have seen a lot of bad reviews about this hotel, but last May was my second time there and I couldnt fault either times I visited.

Wow arrived here 26th September for 7 nights. Very nice hotel, food was amazing, staff were so welcoming, room was spotless and had free upgrade. Highly recommend this hotel. You can use either of the 2 hotels pools. Can eat in either restaurant and entertainment in both.

I had stayed at this hotel before and had a great time so was looking forward to returning, however after this visit I was left disappointed. The hotel itself was clean although some areas showed signs of wear and tear. The pool tables had lost all their markings so you had to guess which end was which. The snack bar appeared to have a bouncer to stop non all inclusive guests from sneaking stale crisps and pastries, as well as soft drinks and beers. The area was kept clean though. Sunbeds were also checked and it was unusual to see people's towels removed from beds that had not been occupied for a while. Our room was cleaned daily, however cups were not taken away. After we had a bit of a collection I moved them myself. Our room was right above the entertainment area and next to the lift to the adult only terrace. On one night the noise was quite bad and did go on into the early hours of the morning, however the next night all seemed quiet. My biggest issue here is the food. The main restaurant has plenty of choice but all the food was luke warm. The food on the grill had been cooked so much it was tough and chewy. Some of it was unrecognisable. I got the feeling that there was a lot of leftovers that were recycled the following days in to stews and salads. There were a lot of staff hovering around almost stalking you for your empty plate too. I chose to eat out several times as the food was just disappointing and I was fed up eating chips and pasta. I'm sorry to say I won't be rushing back as compared to my last visits things have gone downhill.

We stayed at Hotel Estival in May 2023 and Sept 2023 in Hotel 1 and loved it so much we rebooked for this year. We stayed in this hotel (hotel 2) this year for 11 nights and were impressed with the renovation of the hotel. Every day our rooms were cleaned, beds made and towels replenished (even if we didnt put them to be changed). The maids were very friendly, as were the rest of the staff. Our rooms were ready when we arrived which was great. We mainly used the pool at hotel 1 as it was a lot quieter and less children. My nieces aged 3 & 5 enjoyed this as the pools werent overcrowded. There is a small slide in the small pool and they could use swimming rings in the big pool as a swimming aid. Check with the lifeguard regarding the sunbed situation!! On our first day we came back from lunch to find someone on our sunbeds and all 7 towels/belongings moved. We were gone probably 45 minutes (5 adults, 2 children trying to eat lunch in an overcrowded restaurant takes time!). There was no explanation before we left to advise of a 30 minute time limit and when we questioned them they seemed unbothered and found it humourous. We noticed the life guards doing this to a lot of people and seemed to take good pleasure from it! 2 days later we were informed by a friendlier life guard that the rules had now changed (assumed they had lots of complaints) and you could all leave your sunbeds between 1pm-3pm. The food was nice (standard all inclusive food). Loved the breakfast options! There was only snacks in hotel 2 but it wasn’t a bother walking there from hotel 1. We did notice the snack area for hotel 1 looking like it was getting ready to hold snacks so maybe there is snacks there too in the height of the season. The entertainment was good and the children could have face painting and a disco. Love the location, so close to the beach. We used the gym most days - take a towel in with you! We had a fab time and can’t wait til next year!

We are just back from holiday here and were there for a week. It’s a great hotel, it was our first holiday away with our 4 year old who has some sensory issues, so we decided to do something a bit more run of the mill, and try Spain. We were a bit nervous on how it would go because of our kids issues but we had nothing to worry about. The hotel is great, it’s ran well and the rooms are big and spacious. We were in the new bit and the rooms are lovely and modern and clean. If anything the air con works too well. There is a big pool for older kids and then a really good sized splash pool with games and a slide for younger kids. The only negatives I could really mention was the English unfortunately who drank alcohol from morning until night and were unable to look after their children properly and safely. This made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But I tried my best to ignore and filter this out. The food in the all inclusive restaurant is good and a real good selection. The fresh salad bar is amazing and so is the dessert bit. I am someone who likes hot food, and the hotel have added microwaves throughout the restaurant, so you can easily heat your food if you want. Nice touch. There is ice cream on tap and beer and cocktails on tap, this is cool. The hotel itself is about a 2 minute walk from the beach and shops. The beach was clean and surprisingly quiet. The kids club is amazing and the girls that run it are so friendly, my kid loved it. This allowed us to go to the gym every day and work off the extra calories we consumed. The gym itself is really good, it’s obviously been refurbed too and was really good for us to break up the days a bit. My kid loved the discos at the end of the night and made some little friends there. The only real negative about the hotel apart from the drinkers is the pillows weren’t great, but that would not stop me from going back. My tip for anyone going is to ask the bar staff to make you a cappuccino, they are great!! The strawberry ice cream is amazing too. So if you are a picky eater, fill up on ice cream 😁. Great hotel and a decent enough spot

The good points: delightful spacious room overlooking a golf course, clean and tidy throughout, friendly staff, and varied food of a good quality (although it sometimes could have been hotter). A particular mention for Miryam, the TUI rep who's English was amazing and her help very welcome.Criticism: the 'restaurant' was more of an over-full canteen with long queues outside and mayhem within as people scrambled for food. The entertainment team were lack lustre, and for us the evening show was too late. The towels in the rooms were very thin and the toiletries basic. Other points: The hotel is definitely geared towards families rather than couples, there is not much of interest within the area, although Tarragona and Reus were engaging. The bus service was great!

Just came back from a 1 week holiday as a group of 6 adults and 2 under 5s. Firstly, I'll list the good things about this place, as there weren't many: We had a room on the first floor with a decent view of the pools, the food was decent enough at times and the snacks and self serve drinks were ideal and had variety. Now, let's address the bad: The rooms were very basic and beige and outdated. They could do with a spruce up. The cleaners cleaned your rooms when and if they felt like it when the do not disturb sign was off and they cleaned it to a very minimal basic standard, our bed sheets weren't changed once during our stay, just made up with the same dirty sheets and the towels were rarely changed. Upon arrival, the man at check-in was quite abrupt and spoke very broken English and couldn't quite grasp the concept that we were a group of 8 with 3 rooms booked and despite the family room being ready and mine and my partner's room being ready, my parents had to wait almost an hour for theirs, after a long day of travelling. The offerings at lunch and tea time were hit and miss, sometimes the food was fully stocked and there were various options for all but some days at meal times, the food was cold, lacking in choice and not restocked to cater for the masses of guests. Considering we came all inclusive, you had to pay a refundable deposit of 10 euros PER beach towel, a part refundable deposit of 25 euros for a key to the safe in your room to keep your valuables in, 14 non refundable euros if you wanted 1 of the 2 family beach beds by the pool and the adults only bar terrace with pool was off limits to all inclusive guests, as that was also including a fee. If you wanted a BOTTLE of WATER from the bar, it was 1 euro, whereas bottles of wine were included in all-inclusive. Where is the logic here? Some of the meal time staff were smiley and polite, whereas most were abrupt and just plain rude and looked like they really didn't want to be there. The spa amenities, i.e., the Turkish baths, sauna, steam room, and hot tub, were great. However, you were conned into paying for a swim cap, or else you couldn't use them. The entertainment staff were very lacking, they run activities, but expect you to just look at the timetable and join in, none of them announce the activities over the microphone or come round and ask you to join, I have never stayed in a hotel where the entertainment team have been less interested in getting the guests to join in. The lifeguards were useless at their actual job role. Children were allowed to climb on top of waterslides and up them and stand on high walls and play in the pool unsupervised by a parent. The only thing they were interested in was standing and chatting to each other and turfing off people's belongings if they'd left their sunbeds for less than 20 minutes. We were explicity told that sunbeds could be left unoccupied with belongings on for no longer than 30 minutes, however, one day, we walked to the local supe
