Excellent hotel with big space and very nice deco modern room. Spa very confortable with attentive service to details. Restaurant and bar provide a wide offer of food and beverage all day. Staff friendly and helpful. I was there for festive period and i spend a beautiful time. You must try!

While the hotel and staff initially seemed nice, our visit quickly turned into a nightmare. There is a sharp piece of glass in the swimming pool area, and my wife severely cut her foot, completely ruining our trip to Italy. To make matters worse, they refused to provide a direct refund and instead offered a complicated insurance process. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

A luxury experience with wonderful staff. We really felt valued here and it was our 25th wedding anniversary and they would even call to check if everything was okay and if they could do anything extra for us. We really loved visiting our niece who lives in Salo. There was a convenient hourly shuttle bus and beautiful surroundings, we had a car so I would also recommend it to see the other parts of the lake easily . Our only improvements would be it would be nice if they put the shuttle on later so we could have dinner out in the town and also to provide some aperitivo food with the drinks in the evenings. Breakfast was perfect and available until 11. We couldn’t fault it! We would love to return! Thank you A-Rosa.

The staff and travel desk at ARosa hotel in Salò Italy, were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated in an excellent location and the evening entertainment was also very good, so was the food; I would highly recommend this place

How to say? It's amazing & with beautiful landscapes and fantastic lake view from the hills in where the hotel is placed, the rooms are uniques! beautiful the staff, young and dinamic, the kitchen has these variety plates between Italian and mediterranean food, so I'll come for sure! Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato il capodanno in questo bellissimo hotel,il personale è sempre stato gentile e cordiale,ci faceva sentire a nostro agio,la pulizia è impeccabile in tutta la struttura,dalle camere alla spa e in ogni angolo!la camera molto grande e ben funzionale,la spa molto bella,rilassante e sempre con un profumo delicato nell’ aria,come esperienza è stata sicuramente positiva e quindi quello che dirò ora vorrei che fosse preso come consiglio e no come critica…1) per noi italiani il bidet è sacro e in un 5 stelle non può mancare!! 2) è vero che nel frigorifero della camera ci sono bevande gratis,ma quando uno è a cena 7€ per una bottiglia d’acqua da 750cc è un prezzo esagerato 3)nella piscina piccola fuori,i pulsanti per far partire le bolle sono un po’ troppo distanti dal bordo,infatti ci dovevamo sporgere fuori dall’acqua per attivarli ed essendo dicembre ci si ghiacciava la schiena,niente di così grave ma un po’ scomodo si. Ripeto,sono solo suggerimenti,perché la struttura merita di sicuro e tutti si impegnano con passione in quello che fanno,infatti ci tornerei volentieri!!Consigliato!!

Weekend di coppia al nostro arrivo mi hanno dato una rosa gesto molto apprezzato e drink di benvenuto. Stanza bellissima con una vista fantastica. Molto bella e intima anche la spa. Abbiamo deciso di fermarci a cena in hotel invece di uscire e ci siamo trovati molto bene tutto buonissimo e personale molto attento e gentile. Ci sentiamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente ci torneremo ho già girato il link e le foto alle mie colleghe che andranno sicuramente.

Schönes Hotel oberhalb von Salo - sehr modern und stylisch. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Essen lecker und von guter Qualität. Buffets muss man allerdings mögen. Das Spa ist sehr geräumig, Behandlungstermine habe ich leider nicht bekommen.
