Rude staff. NO GUEST ALLOWED THEY SAY “Its our policy” I came to visit my friend who just came from another country and wanted to go to his room to welcome him to my country and to greet him and they didnt allow me to do so and came up with pitty reasons why its not allowed. I just want to compare this situation with other hotels around the area even 5 stars hotel allows guests to visit and welcome them with respect. Will never recommend this hotel to none of my friends and will never do business here again. Very disrespectful and inconvenient.

The staff Are very rude and the lifeguards are lazy I was at the pool swimming minding my own business when the lifeguard started telling me that the pool was closed even though it was clearly open because the pool opens at 7 am and closes at 5 pm and the time was 12 pm so I went up and asked my mom to see when the pool closes she said that she will go talk to them and when she asked the lifeguard why he took us out he said we were jumping when we clearly were not jumping then he said it was a ladies day but I was their on Monday and the ladies day is on Saturday and Tuesday so basically he was lazy and didn’t feel like doing his job so he just kicked us out of the pool other than that the breakfast buffet was fine not amazing.

Bad! I don’t recommend definitely l will not stay here again! Managers are doing drama here! Even they are giving hard times for their stuffs! Definitely do not stay here! I didn’t enjoy to be honest!

the hotel staff are unreal i wanted to see my sister room and they wont allow me to see it ... its so weird and unethical to stop a female adult from visiting her sister room in teh middle of the day!!!! like iam sneaking in or something l. the pool is average and the enterance fees is very expensive and its not worth it honsetly!

We gathered to say farewell to a dear colleague who was leaving us for good after ten years of dedicated service. We had a breakfast buffet with 12 people. There was a high degree of politeness and punctuality among the staff. It was an amazing buffet in terms of food, sweets, beverages, etc. In Kuwait, the Grand Hotel is a well-known hotel and the breakfast venue offers a pleasant view of the Persian Gulf.

I am a regular @ Grand hotel for a reason . Their Food and service is excellent . One should try the Iftaar experience @ Yal and you will not be disappointed. I have always been there with Family & Friends in Ramadan. Their buffet along with live pasta station is a variety in itself ...delicious dishes and unique .Plus they have an awesome view from the restaurant and very well seating arrangement. the hotel is tasefully decorated ...its a delight to be there always . The staff are very patient and courteous ... always around and serving . I highly recommend Grand Hotel ....you will be treated like a VIP thru out your dining. Especially the F&B manager Mr. Sanket ..he is knowledgeable, kind and very helpful . he took ultra wonderful care and provided the highest form of service, which exceeded beyond our expectation . So in all 10/10 to Grand hotel and their staff ...am sure coming back !

The service was excellent, food is delicious.. Staff is very friendly. My kids and my husband also enjoyed the varied buffet, and the free unlimited drinks including tea and coffee. I liked everything in Grand hotel, will definitely come back again.
