I booked a 2-bedroom apartment and there were 5 of us. Although it was a Thursday in September, there was no one there, they were very professional, sending me the access information before because we were arriving late, breakfast was very good quality/price, the beds were very comfortable, which was what we wanted to rest before to start the walk... so perfect. We were as a family skiing in Reyes. In the past we have been 4 other times (some with friends, others with family...). APARTMENT on the 2nd floor with a bedroom and a sofa bed. With terrace. We were very comfortable. I didn't remember it that well. It is not a 4 star hotel (beds, pillows...) but it is quite standard and fine. PARKING: if you park outside there is space but you walk a little. You have space in the door for loading/unloading although the 3 spaces there are occupied. THE STAFF good. There was a reception staffed during the day. COMMON AREA. We didn't use the living room with fireplace this time, in the games room we played billiards and the SPA (it's a pool + one of those tiny jacuzzis and then a hot spring and sauna) basic but ok. LOCATION. Outskirts of Sallent which was where we wanted to be. Walking around, if you go out through Sallent, the uphill is difficult, but ok.

I give 4 stars because I think the maintenance of the SPA could be improved, the pool water a little cloudy and the water a little cold. Despite that, the phenomenal rest in fact we will repeat. The staff is super nice, always willing to help, both the reception and dining room staff are very attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms in general is good (although the fluff on the floor should be improved) and the breakfast is correct. Unbeatable value for money.
