"Very satisfied with hotel facilities and services.
Arriving early, I stored my luggage and received the room key. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, my luggage had been put in the room.
The room is very clean: the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom facilities are new and clean,
There are heart-warming biscuits, freshly baked mini sponge cakes, and (heated) air conditioning; toiletries are made of 100% natural ingredients; the breakfast is rich and delicious; it is close to the train station, making travel convenient. There was a train passing by outside the window, but the sound insulation was good and the train stopped running at night, so it was not affected."
"The manager was helpful and friendly l. He booked taxis for work and saved my food in the fridge for next day. Neat and warm place , very authentic and serene atmosphere in surroundings
Worth the stay for a memorable experience ."

"We were there for one night. Service was okay, breakfast was good, although other guests were acting as if they were deprived of any food for days and the poor staffs were struggling to replenish the trays. Other than that, all good."

"Quite unexpectedly excellent for the money, never thought the room was going to be as freshly updated as it turned out to be, as the decor in these types of stop overs tends to be worn out although clean. Customer service was excellent too as although I planned and called ahead to arrive late, when I couldn't locate my room key following their emailed instructions, the our of h manager answered her mobile and fixed me to them. Thanks - highly recommended!!"
"Opposite salisbury railway station, it is very suitable as a small base for people who want to go to stonehenge or other places, because the shuttle bus to Stonehenge is also here. I booked a suite. The front desk was very kind. The small hotel also prepared chocolate beans, apples, breakfast cereals, yogurt, etc. for free, which was very heartwarming. But it is a pity that I stayed very busy for 2 days. I ran around and didn't have much time to relax. The environment of the room was really good. There were high stools in the kitchen. It was convenient to play with mobile phones and computers while eating. If I have time, I really want to live here for a week.
It should be noted that the front desk closes at 5 o'clock. Check-in after this can only be done by yourself.
The closest food shop to the small hotel is in the train station, which is expensive. It is recommended to keep walking along the main road in front of the railway station. There are many restaurants and small supermarkets on both sides of the road. Near a bunch of buses are commercial areas, suitable for shopping.
I wanted to take pictures when I left, but I forgot."
"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was top floor which made all the difference to how settled I felt (it’s my preference). Room was quiet, comfy, and had plenty of space just for me. Would stay again. Only niggle is I wished breakfast started an hour earlier ok the weekend… 7am would’ve been ideal."
"Felt super scary at first with the cracking floor, tilted walls, big mirror, and 512 years history, but later the place showed its charm - very lively at night with people chilling at the backyard, nice restaurant on site, being right opposite to the Anne? Gate which leads you to the Salisbury Cathedral. I prob would choose to stay here again next time I visit Salisbury!
Btw the staff are warm hearted and helped us deal with our Apple Watch forgot in the room. Much appreciated!"

Very Good
GGuest UserGreat apartment in a great location. Had some of my best away from home sleeps here as it was some much like being in a home. Had almost everything I needed with some minor niggles. Would definitely stay again.
My niggles were: WiFi was poor, had to use hotspot to do Teams meetings and affected the TV which was slow and kept loosing the channel signal. Although lots of kitchen ware no small pans. The coffee pods were not very nice, reverted to instant. Toilet roll holder needs some sealant inside to help fix it (plumber trick).
GGuest UserThe health hall is clean, the facilities in the room are also very complete, it is very comfortable to sleep at night, the air conditioning is very effective, and there is a large bathtub in the bathroom, which is very suitable for taking a bath when you want to relax.
GGuest UserSuch a great team, extremely friendly they have just refurbished the rooms and hotel
The mocktails were amazing
The food is extremely good, I actually invited my local friends down for Dinner and lunch and they were talking about it the next day which is always a good sign. I would definitely stay again the only thing I would say, is the beds/mattress are extremely firm.
But everything else is perfect 👌
BBruceTripWThe best hotel we have been in this trip, lovely buildings, nice reception, and a perfect breakfast, room is big and bed is very soft and comfortable. Very clean and quiet for a nice evening, outside you can see the cathedral, generally, I will choose here again in the future
LLoKIMMThe breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient after visiting Stonehenge, but the reception can provide the basic stuff for us when we check in, for example toothbrush, shaver, so that we don’t need to ask after going to the room
PPibaThe location is super good, close to the cathedral, and the service standards of chain hotels are met. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator. The advantage is that the environment of the breakfast room is really good, and it takes a little longer to cook breakfast every time.
GGeeTurnerThe staff were lovely! However we were placed in a room where the tv did not work, the window didn’t shut completely, and we had no hot water.
The staff were amazing and the location was great if you have a car!
NNAEntering through the gate, it is an open-air coffee shop surrounded by green plants covering the walls. In the warm afternoon, it is very pleasant to chat and drink coffee with friends in twos and threes. Entering from the door on the right hand side is the front desk of the hotel. The stairs are relatively narrow, and the hotel rooms are relatively large and clean. The breakfast is a traditional English breakfast.
AAlVery convenient location but the restaurant next to the hotel is certainly not up to the standard expected. Fortunately the hotel is near to the Centre of Salisbury and you can easily find a good restaurant for dinner there
GGuest UserGreat stop over location close to Stonehenge on way back from Cornwall.
Quick friendly check in and a lovely breakfast.
Nice bed and a great sleep, the next door disco was a little loud but nothing compared to the neighbours at home. Didn't stop a weary traveller sleeping, and all quiet in the morning.
Room well equipped with bed side plugs including usb chargers, iron, kettle etc, towels, shampoo/body wash, and a few more.
Garden was lovely and well cared for.
Interesting building with a lot of old features and changes over the years, which needs a lot of upkeep, and some areas need a little more time and money spent on them.
Didn't spoil it for me and would stay again.
I know the issues that come with old buildings with character.
