Unfortunately we had a bad experience- one of the fans in the two bedrooms we booked was incredibly loud and disturbing, there was also a strange smell within the bed. Both rooms had mould around the bath and the soup dispenser looked absolutely filthy.

Stayed with daughter and toddler whilst visiting family, from the minute we arrived it was a very cold unfriendly welcome. Booking a table was a lot of effort for staff due to being “busy” but only 3 tables were taken between 6&8pm? Totally unhelpful staff Lacks any atmosphere in bar area. Overall wouldn’t stay again but location is good.

Great stay and good price. We were visiting a city nearby that had extortionate room rates. We were going to a dinner event with friends in the city, so this stay was a good compromise between price and distance to travel to our event. Nice room and friendly service. Late evening checkin was very handy. 100%.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and modern rooms which were good and soundproof so no noise from neighbours. Really fresh food in the restaurant- dinner both nights was excellent with good care taken by the chef. Great location next to retail park and park and ride -£4.50 for 4 of us adults to get the bus to and from the town centre- that’s £4.50 in total - not each. Would highly recommend

The usual Premier Inn model, lovely bed, perfectly clean everywhere . The warmest welcome from FOH Tracey, annd so helpful with local info - it’s always the personal touch that matters most. Previous night we ate in one of a famous chefs franchise restaurants- we had a better meal at this Premier Inn thanks to chefs Mike and Dean.

Short of staff at the front of house. So when going for dinner ordering a drink or any food felt like a problem. The staff member was very polite and did his best. Kitchen staff could of done more. Breakfast was a nightmare. We're not big eaters but paid for a cooked breakfast and ended up with a bowl of cereal and croissant. We did get refunded but thats not the point. I've emailed head office but no reply as of yet.

Always use this hotel, very accommodating, when I had a query the lovely staff member Amber did everything she could to sort the issue made me feel at ease she was very approachable. Only downside was there was no draft beer and only bottled but it wasn’t a big issue.
