Final transaction was supposed to be charged to my credit card on file. However, hotel did not honor that and requested cash payment instead.

Refrigerator in room did not work. Had stains on the bed sheets. No hot water lin the shower and in the sink. In general just not a nice experience!

Salina Cruz is not a tourist´s destination. If by any chance there is a need to visit the city, this hotel is a real Oaxaca corner. It also have a restaurant and a charming pool. The staff is lovely. The hotel is close to the main square, it is worthy to take a walk around the neighborhood.

Was quite and comfortable
Refrigerator in room did not work, but we didn't need one so we didn't care.

El agua en la regadera no subía bien en el primer piso. Ese fue el unico detalle. De ahí en fuera todo bien. Servicio y ubicación, buena.
