stayed in the hotel for one night, people at the front desk are super nice. when i reached the hotel, it’s kinda super late like 1am, but they were still waiting there and honestly i felt so sorry when i was told i was their last customer for that day. strongly recommend!

A solid stay with all the essentials you’d expect from a standard hotel. Check-in was simple and efficient, making for a smooth start to the stay. I appreciated the nice coffee machine on the second floor—great for a quick caffeine fix. The rooms and common areas were clean, and the staff provided good service throughout.
Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience.

What makes the hotel are the staff friendly efficient great service. Close to the quays and to old Trafford. Breakfast is very good room is clean and has tea coffee comfy bed

When we arrived there was plenty of parking available which was a plus point for us.
We approached the reception to check in, and they were very welcoming. There may have been a small issue with our booking I'm not sure what it was maybe our room was not ready but it was resolved quickly and we got upgraded to a King room with river view. I got asked how I'd like to pay for our visit, but I had to inform them that it's already been paid online.
After dinner we stopped at the beverage counter for a hot drink and soft drink. The server was really nice and she was accomodated to our needs.
The room itself was spacious and modern. We really liked the smart TV as it gave us more options to watch something.
The bathroom was nice as well however the toilet was a little stained.
Overall enjoyed our stay.

Was a lovely experience. Hotel location was brilliant. I wish the daily parking rates were reduced. Breakfast was ok but could be much better ro match international hotel status.
