Great location. Parking was very full but the lovely guy at reception sorted a space for us. Clean room. Ideal for a one night stay. Walking distance to o2 warehouse (concert). Plenty of choice at breakfast. Staff were helpful. Overall fantastic stay for the cheap price.

Pleasant stay with the family. Nice hot breakfast. Nice view and walking distance to the sight-seeing places. Close to the tram station and easy to get to the city centre.

A very good location in Salford Quays with nice waterfront views. It’s a lot of good restaurants and bar nearby. It’s wonderful to have a walk after dinner in trail beside the river.

Staff went above and beyond expectations in customer service and making our christmas experience a positive one. We really enjoyed our stay all the staff were welcoming, we ate in restaurant and food was very good value, and despite the bank holiday they happily prepared meals and drinks we requested and wished us well on our departure.

Although we booked a family room, it felt too small for the four of us (two adults and two children). The location is quite convenient, situated around the bay area. It was pleasant to walk around at sunset, and there were several good restaurants to choose from nearby. Breakfast was simple but acceptable.
