At first, I liked the friendly atmosphere and staff at this hostel. However, my experience was ruined by a serious issue. The day after I checked out, I developed severe itching and painful bites all over my body. It seems that bed bugs bit me badly, making it almost impossible for me to sleep at night and causing serious problems during my trip. I do not recommend this place at all! I hope the management takes this issue seriously and fixes it immediately.

Super cosy hostel with a beautiful garden that is home to lots of animals. The hostel is super central and at the same time offers a perfect retreat. The staff are super friendly and give super helpful tips right from the start.

There was no atmosphere there, and the dorm room had two walls of windows with curtains that didn't cover all the windows but a light right outside. The pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable. The cleaning lady was super lovely and friendly but when I asked the reception for a lighter to use the kitchen they were really difficult about it, saying I should have brought my own.

Es un sitio hermoso, las habitaciones estan bien por el precio. Rentamos una hora de jacuzzi y fue super lindo estar en medio de ese jardin tan lindo con un jacuzzi al aire libre. Ademas el staff fue super amable. Lo recomendaria mucho si buscas un hostal economico y lindo.

Me gustó mucho el establecimiento, las instalaciones limpias y organizadas.. los 3 recepcionistas muy amables, muy agradables, atentos. La señora del aseo muy buena gente.. lo unico malo era que por la noche se escuchaba mucha bulla de gente caminando y hablando duro, y todo se escuchaba en la habitación..

Très bien dans l’ensemble
Problème de réservation, mais après négociation avec le personnel de l’accueil, nous avons trouvé un compromis sachant que nous avons fini par avoir et des petites mais correspondent à ce que nous nous avions demandé malgré la première nuit passée dans un lit simple à deux. Le reste du séjour était à la hauteur de nos attentes.

El personal es maravilloso, Jefferson estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo y nos lo hizo muy fácil. La habitación está bien, cama cómoda y baño aunque pequeño, se podía uno arreglar sin problemas. Las instalaciones están muy bien y cuidadas, puedes usar el billar gratuito. Muy contentos, lo recomendamos No gustó · Por decir algo, a habitación olía un poco a humedad

El lugar es bonito pero no me gusto que no había toallas ni jabón en la habitación, sin embargo la atención fue adecuada. De noche hay bastante ruido de los locales vecinos porque el pueblo es muy rumbero eso para los que quieren descansar es negativo.
