This hotel is a hidden gem! Stunning decor and amazing location to get out and explore the local area! Breakfast is out of this world and the staff are very friendly even if they are using an app to translate English into Spanish. Fabulous value for money and a free massage!

Excelent service! Comfortable room that included massage service. The view and the breakfast were awesome. It was near intresting places in town. I totally recommend this beautiful and amazing place. I will be back during my next time in salento.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Smooth check in/out. Rooms are very secure and well kitted out with L’Occitaine in the bathroom. Very clean with comfortable beds. Up a slight hill but away from the noise of the centre. The breakfasts are so delicious and the patio where you have them overlooks the mountains. Great coffee, too. Included in our booking was a complimentary cocktail, daily Jacuzzi use and a 30 minute massage - all excellent. Easy to contact the staff through WhatsApp. You can also arrange all your tours through the hotel if you wish. Good WiFi. You can leave your bags in reception after check out if needed. Sad to leave this hotel - loved it!

I went to Cocli in August 2024. Unfortunately, something unpleasant happened: some money was stolen from the room where I slept with a friend of mine. We spoke to the administration who never apologized for what happened and after requesting a refund (initially accepted), they stopped responding to our emails. Furthermore, regarding the structure, the room was dark and damp.

Es un hotel lleno de detalles muy cuidados, te dan un cóctel de bienvenida, te dan un masaje relajante de cortesía, el desayuno está incluido y es a la carta. El servicio es excepcional, la habitación en la que me quede me encantó, conserva la arquitectura colonial con toques modernos, los productos de aseo de l’occitane, la habitación tiene Alexa, tiene direct TV, mejor dicho un lugar increíble. De verdad saben consentir a sus huéspedes.

Carolina, la masajista, tiene un don en sus manos y alma bellísima. Recibimos un masaje totalmente reparador después de un largo viaje en un lugar precioso y relajante. Aunque no te hospedes aquí sin duda vale la pena preguntar para poder recibir un masaje de Carolina. El hotel es precioso y elegante, en un rincón privilegiado de la ciudad por sus vistas y por su paz. El chico de la recepción nos cuidó desde el minuto uno manejando todo para hacer de esta una estancia inolvidable.
