As a couple initially, we didnt expect such a spacious room. They are situated next to sky park which is newly built theme park in yercaud, so spending the time would be great. Hotel receptionist/manager were so good and responded quickly.

Stayed here one day. The check-in was super quick and seamless. Rooms were reasonably spacious, clean. The bathroom is very clean with latest fittings. The room service was surprisingly quick and efficient. The buffet breakfast has a good spread of south Indian verities and bread, cornflakes etc., Their service in the restaurant was very quick. Very near to the 5 road junction and hence easy to travel to different parts of the city. Overall, a good stay.

Perfect Location: I checked into the Radisson Salem on October 12, 2024, for one day while traveling to Bangalore from Munnar. The hotel's location on the main highway was incredibly convenient, making it an ideal stopover. Seamless Arrival and Comfort: Valet parking was available, and my experience at the reception was pleasant. My room offered a stunning mountain view through full wall-sized glass windows, providing a breathtaking backdrop. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and hygienic, stocked with toiletries, a fridge, tea/coffee maker with supplies, and an assortment of packaged snacks. Excellent Dining Options: The hotel boasts a bar and two restaurants. One offers à la carte dining, while the other provides a course meal plan, which I opted for, and it was superb. The taste of the dishes was outstanding. The morning buffet breakfast was also excellent, featuring live counters with a wide variety of items. Impeccable Service: All the staff were well-behaved and courteous, contributing to a memorable stay. The overall experience at Radisson Salem was excellent, and I give them five stars for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel is its USP; situated close to the road that leads to the Killiyur Falls, a must-visit place post monsoons (Jul-Aug) for getting drenched. Less than half a kilometre from the Yercaud Lake, this hotel managed by friendly staff, gives its Clients a value-stay. Issues, if any, are heard and resolved. The small garden outside the small in-house restaurant gives an open-air feeling, when food is served outside. Food ordered from the limited Ala-carte menu in the small AC restaurant, is quite tasty and the portions are okay. We did not avail of room service. Experienced a leisurely family stay for 3N/4D !

I stayed there for 2 days ie; 29th dc and 30th dec. Breakfast fast was disappointing. Same food with only 2 items was only available. Not even removing plates when people had their breakfast. Though i had taken option for lunch/dinner also, thought of not having it from there with my experience on breakfast. Room is very highly priced. Average room. Informed them to clean the room after first day. Bedsheets were not changed. New bottle of water was not provided. Even they didn't change the towels. Had to call room service and made them bring everything. The tap in the bathroom was damaged. They told that they will repair next day, but nothing was done. Not worth for a stay unless you didn't get any other hotels there.
