Location was not right. We were moved to a different location 12km away from given location on mmt. Room not clean. Tv not installed nor working.

Renai resort is closed no service available, they provide another accomodation in g v resort, which is 8km away from yercaud lake, no restaurant, no room service. No toiletries, no shop or restaurant nearby, without own transport, this is a worst place. No auto/taxi services.

In make my trip they showed some resort potos and after reaching the hotel its not the same. Hotel also not in a good manner

The booking was done in rena resort but the massage after payment g v resorts, we went there the told no rooms you go to blue bell hotel. We were roaming after the gave room in blue bell at the time 5pm, check in time 12pm, five we waited and struggled lot. Very bad experience. Bed sheet and pillow was not good.

Book this place for night stay. 1. No sign board to identify the property. 2. Unhygienic bed and spreads, lot of stains ***** with marks. 3. They charged and no water bottle, soap, dental kit. Then what's the point of charging such a huge amount. 4. Dinner ordered at 6:30 pm and got delivered at 10 pm. 5. Towels are filled with stains. 6. Bed, can't even imagine! trip spoiled with sleepless night.
