The services at this establishment are disappointing. The staff seem unwilling to assist guests and come across as arrogant. During heavy rain, they refused to provide us with an umbrella, showing a lack of hospitality. The food quality is poor, and hygiene standards are concerning. Overall, i would not recommend this place.

Property under renovation, mostly noise everywhere. The worst part we experienced was food and service - there was shortage and also they didn’t serve well, the guest service was very pathetic no one to pick the luggage almost no one to guide around the property, no safety barricades no safety instructions absolutely no regret for not giving a great experience. We were a group of 38 and if not for the weather and activities outside the property we would have been stuck in the rooms for the entire two days with nothing to do. Please don’t come with the expectation of a great property it’s a glorified lodge

Good place . Valued for money. Excellent service. Good food and ambience. Friendly service. Kids garden and play area. All things are good. Especially a good place for family get together and family function. We will regularly visit this hotel. Most fav hotel in hotel

The local cuisine options on the menu were a highlight, and the chef's attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The fitness center and spa services were particularly impressive. We appreciated the extra touches, such as the welcome drink and turndown service. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, and the staff provided excellent recommendations.

Shevaroys hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! the hospitality was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and immaculate, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel's ambiance was peaceful and calming, making it an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Excellent location surrounding with gardening. Location proximity from city is very good. Rooms was excellent and comfort. People at resort is friendlier and showing care towards individual guest. Restaurant ambiance was beautiful and friendly
