Zibe Salem by GRT Hotels

We chose this place because of the GRT tag. We couldn't figure out nor could the staff explain what ZIBE meant. The hotel was centrally placed, easily accessible. Beautiful decor with simple (and in some places stenciled wall arts) wall painting. The staff were welcoming and generally friendly. We were three adults and felt that the room could have been a bit bigger; we checked in around 9 pm and checked out the next morning - so this didn't matter to us much. The breakfast buffet was good. When we went there, the dining area was full. We went back to our rooms but got a call from the dining area manager in 10 mins saying that a table has been reserved for us. That was a nice experience. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.

Excellent experience. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Great food. I traveled with my family which includes a 9 year old. It was a great experience. The breakfast spread was good. Also, the demonstration of tamil heritage on the walls is noteworthy.

Check-in was quick and staff are super quick. They have Valet parking. rooms are not so spacious, but for stay of day or two should not matter. Location of the hotel is in heart of Salem. Bathrooms are spacious and are clean. They have very quick room service. Food quality was good. Breakfast spread was very good and taste was very good. Check-out experience was also very good. Overall the stay was pleasant. Definitely would recommend others and also will opt for this hotel to stay in Salem. Only concern was some guests were smoking in their room which is non-smoking room/zone had to complain twice as the smoke was circulated in our room also.

we had a fantastic stay . Located in the central hub of Salem in the midst of Salem's shopping area . Its about 10 minutes drive from the railway station. Well maintainted business hotel . The team was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . the rooms are spacious and trendy looking . the breakfast buffet had a variety of options.

Excellent food, room. bathroom, AC. Staff is easily the highlight of this hotel. While there can be better language skills, their attention to detailed needs, making sure total satisfaction at every requirement, is exceptional..Beds were a bit too soft, we has sleeping issues. Since it was just an overnight stay, i am sure they would have taken care had we requested them to address. The approach road and parking is narrow
