The views are incredible. Great food and house keeping services. Sohel from house keeping did a fab job. Front desk staff were courteous. The railings on each floor have a huge gap behind the sofas where there is no glass protection and is a safety hazard for kids. Request management to attend to it immediately. Especially the gap is very evident as soon as we come out of the lift. I would only stay here again if this issue is sorted. This is not something that should be ignored as parents sit on sofa and relax and kids can fall off from height.

Stayed here one day. The check-in was super quick and seamless. Rooms were reasonably spacious, clean. The bathroom is very clean with latest fittings. The room service was surprisingly quick and efficient. The buffet breakfast has a good spread of south Indian verities and bread, cornflakes etc., Their service in the restaurant was very quick. Very near to the 5 road junction and hence easy to travel to different parts of the city. Overall, a good stay.

Everything was good except ac was not working properly. As i reached late night 11:30, and need to wake-up early the next day, not connected team. The hotel should have checked these earlier before allocating a room. Updated this to reception during checkout

The rooms were clean and excellent, the location is as well apt and close to famous restaurants and bus terminus. The food was not good, personally didn't like it for the price charged. They should increase their taste and quality in their food.

Check in took forever. Room was ok. Good size. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not a pretty sight and had probably not had a good clean in a long time. Air on was good. The room had huge cracks in the walls. Wi-Fi was non existent in the room. Location was good and for the price not a bad stay
