Decent stay
The room was reasonably priced but did not have a window facing outside. The window faced the hallway. It could be claustrophobic for some. The room was clean. The breakfast was basically a few cereal choices and bagels.

The place was nice, and the room was clean. The room was very warm (80 degrees). Their cooling system was not working. They did provide a fan to try to help the problem. I was just moving warm air around in the room. I survived. AC

Walkable hospitality in downtown Salem
I suggest some heaters for breakfast seating as it is cold in the lounge.otherwise, acceptable for its convenience to downtown.
