I contacted the hotel and they had no record of me even booking a room. Fortunately I have friends and family who were able to help for the night but completely disgusted with both Trip and Trivelles hotel stockport. Won't be using either service again in future.

We needed and booked a family room. A family room in our opinion is a room that has the ability sleep 4 people in beds not just 3. They were able to quickly sort us another single room at a discounted price but we were still out of pocket paying more than we had expected.
The access in and out of the accommodation especially good out of hours, and it is in a great location central to Sale and metro link.
