Most awful experience with the owners, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They make you feel like they don't want you there, even with bad words. I read they had nicer owners years ago, that's the only explanation for their good reviews. Never again.

Family trip to spend the August long weekend in the towns of Soria, we booked this hostel based on location. And because in Salduero there is a cool area to bathe and spend a day with the family. Clean and cozy hostel, clean and well-kept rooms, so far everything is fine... but the scare came at dinner that night, unfortunately I didn't see the comments that were made about the food so that I did not fall into the error “€10 for a portion of squid in which you get 9 frozen squid and €14 for another cuttlefish that was like a tapa” I told the waiters “yes.” that was the ration “and they told me very politely that “yes” that “it's like that for everyone” “A robbery!!!! I was amazed and the thing is that it is mentioned in other comments from previous people!! It is to report for scam!!! We ordered some pizzas and the mojitos were very good quality and price! The problem came the next day at breakfast!!!! In the town there is not much to choose from and we had breakfast there €5, 5 slices of toast, a coffee and a juice (well, not bad)... but the surprise was that those slices are the ones from the night before that they put as bread in the baskets that they use for breakfast… without words I would return to the hostel but not to eat, not to mention!!!

The hostel is correct, but it has a bar below with music (and more music that young clients bring with large devices, and that are allowed on the terrace) for which it was quite difficult for those of us staying to rest. Quite the opposite that one expects to find doing rural tourism!
