Well trained staff, polite & responsive. We were on a family get-together trip and had 4 rooms. The check-in desk ensured we got all rooms next to each other. The beach is just a few minutes away and there is buggy ( golf cart) service which will drive elderly guests to & from the beach

Stayed here for my birthday, we enjoyed everything about this hotel. Excellent staff, pool, food and everything. Our son enjoyed the pool and the play area, the lady staff at the play area was very accommodating and friendly with kids. We had our breakfast and dinner at zest, specific meal requests for our son was happily met by the chef. Our 4 yr old picky eater enjoyed the meals there. Would be returning here for sure.

Holiday inn Goa lovely place to stay at as all staff provide excel service Always happy to help and assist no matter how minute task would be location on beach front too and various bars and restaurants around the resort is very clean too staff always provide service with smile too

Altogether the break we wanted - lolling on the beach and in the sea, or in the pool, eating too much at breakfast, repeat at dinner... and of course, the cold beers by day with a Jack Daniels or, old standard, Old Monk at the Sundowner c/o Jyoti and Navdeep

My 2nd trip to holiday inn Mobor beach with my family was memorable due to the staff of holiday inn as well as their beach access from property. Valfern, Michelle, Deepti, Presto and housekeeping staff made our trip memorable by going extra mile wherever they could. Deepti and Presto took good cared of us during breakfast and lunch times with their attention to detail. Michelle and housekeeping staff made the birthday memorable. Valfern helped us around with his quick turnarounds arranging for transport to and from from airport. The complimentary kids meal made my niece really happy at zest restaurant. Overall the property and the service is beautiful. Misses: Renovation going on at Fig and olive currently gives you access only to two of their restaurants. Indoor games to be open till late especially during rains. I look forward to visit this beautiful resort again because of its beauty and the warmth of people they offer any traveller.

I had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn, Mobor Beach. The property offers what feels like exclusive access to the beautiful beach, as there’s no outside movement, making it a serene and peaceful getaway. The hospitality of the staff is truly exceptional, with every member going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Special mention to Michelle at the reception, who warmly welcomed us and upgraded our experience, making it even more memorable. If you're looking for a place to relax and spend quality time within the premises, I highly recommend this property. It's completely worth it!

Lovely property which is really well maintained by attentive and caring staff. A BIG SHOUTOUT to NESHAL who assisted us with everything right from check-in to check-out with a smile all the time. You’re wonderful Neshal. Keep up the good work. We were given both a room upgrade and late check out as requested. The Grill by the seaside was wonderful but the food at Figs & Olives was the highlight. Haven’t eaten such a wonderfully done Pizza in a long time and the prawns & avocado salad was done to perfection too. The resort arranges a complimentary pickup and drop to Fisherman’s wharf which is their own property and is our long time favourite in South Goa so had dinner one evening there as well. While the Rechados & Xacutis & Vindaloos were the same as always it was disappointing to see loud punjabi music being played at Fisherman’s wharf. Come on guys, this is Goa, not Purani Dilli. They did change the music more suited to the place and ambience on our request. Manor Beach was clean and uncrowded. The vast stretch of greenery between the cottages and beach is meticulously groomed and you could see the attention to detail in its maintenance even during monsoons. We’ll return back soon for more lazy days and wonderful memories.
