Unbeatable location and views. The apartment has been completely renovated with every detail. The views of the Plaza Mayor are spectacular, and with the windows closed, you can't hear a single sound inside the apartment. There's a taxi stand right next door if you need to travel far. Definitely a luxurious accommodation.

Spacious, clean, and well-kept apartment. We were very comfortable, as we had everything we needed, and the service was very friendly and helpful. It's very centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the city. Even though we were right in the center, there was no noise at night, allowing us to rest very well.

The Poet's Viewpoint in Salamanca's main square seemed very comfortable and clean. The attention upon arrival and the information from the staff were very good. The possibilities of cooking something light and enjoying dinner with a glass of good wine overlooking the square seemed like an experience that should be done, whether as a couple or as a family, at least once in a lifetime. A ten.

This is my second time visiting Salamanca, and since Microtel Placentinos was full, they offered us these apartments in Salamanca's Plaza Mayor. And the change was a pleasant surprise! The first thing I want to highlight is the impeccable cleanliness of these apartments. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and relaxed. The attention we received from the Microtel team, which runs these apartments, was exceptional. They were always willing to help and give us recommendations on what to visit and where to eat in the city. But the most spectacular thing of all were the views from the apartments. Having the Plaza Mayor right outside your window is priceless. We were two couples, and we stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and sofa bed, so we had to avoid the sofa bed (which I got), but I must say it was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen in these apartments was very well equipped. We quite liked it.

La migliore vista che si possa immaginare su Plaza Mayor. Specialmente di sera, davvero magica! Pulizia impeccabile, appartamento molto bello e arredato con gusto. Come già scritto da altri, due piccole luci sui comodini ci vorrebbero.

Quiero manifestar mi insatisfacción en la estancia que he tenido en su alojamiento, ante lo que consideramos un incidente grave. El pasado día 10, al entrar en el apartamento, mi hija vio que la colcha de la cama de matrimonio tenía una mancha seca extensa y visible de lo que parecía claramente semen. Ante nuestro desconcierto, avisamos a la persona de servicio que estaba haciendo la limpieza y le pedimos que cambiara por favor la colcha. La mujer abochornada al ver la mancha, nos dijo que ella había preparado solo el sofá cama y que la cama estaba ya hecha cuando ella preparó la habitación. Nos pusimos en contacto mediante el teléfono que aparece en la reserva y la persona que me atendió me dijo que no podía explicarme lo sucedido, me ofreció cambiar de apartamento y me indicó que lo comunicaría a la dirección. Pasaron dos días desde entonces y nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros ante lo que consideramos un error grave e inadmisible en un alojamiento de esas características. ¿Cómo es posible que la persona que hizo la cama no viera la mancha? Como he explicado, lo vio mi hija nada más acercarse a la cama. Y lo que nos parece más grave, ¿cómo es posible que no se cambiara la funda entre dos clientes distintos? Ante una situación similar creemos que lo mínimo habría sido que la dirección estableciera contacto con nosotros para preocuparse y disculparse mínimamente. Tras dos correos electrónicos nos escribieron diciendo que se trataba de un descuido y que no está dentro de su modo de trabajo, algo que no se puede demostrar. Evidentemente nuestra valoración de la estancia se ha visto totalmente enturbiada por una gestión tan descuidada ante un incidente tan grave para un cliente.
